Yeah the dealers are buggers. The only reason they carry out a "free health check" is to try and sting you with a big list of upsell parts (brakes and tyres being the main ones obviously). Unfortunatly a lot of dealers have a bonus incentive to the technicians and service advisors regarding how much upsell they can get in a week etc. Shame really. Thats why I had to quit my post as a nissan mastertech - got fed up with with getting bollocked for not ripping people off every week

you might find some places won't repair them if they are too close together. how worn is the tyre? if its 3mm or below you might as well just get some new ones

Yes a vaild point - again sorry for any confusion that may have caused. I bought those tyres with intention of going seriously low but sale of vehicle means I no longer have use for them. I am also withdrawing the wheels from sale - sorry guys. Keep posted for more parts soon!

Set of ROTA torques in bronze - as new condition (covered approx 1k miles although probably not even that much) Front - 18x8.5 et 35 Rear - 18x9.5 et 11 - slightly concave face £650 ONO collected All with nearly brand new TOYO Proxes T1 Sport tyres. (7mm+) Set of genuine BRIDE floormats - slight fraying on drivers - £100 posted Brand New TOYO T1Sport tyres 2x 225/35/18 - £200 - collect 2x 245/35/18 - £200 - collect or £300 for all collected

I think it's very difficult to get an exact color match on plastic panels. Iirc it's something to do with how the paint flakes sit on the material. That said though, I had a bumper done (silver) without the car being with them and it was a perfect match and flawless finish all in for £110. Fitted it myself on return.

Ls engines are from the corvette family ifaik. Has anyone in the uk successfully swapped out for one of these yet?
