  1. Z - £10 on wiper blades although only had it since Jan '11. i know what its like to spend ££££££££ on mods and to ask people what they have spend could lead them to add it all up, this leads to mental breakdowns and a whole loss of what is real and what is not!
  2. you front bumper looks fresh out of production. what was it like when you bought it? no way thats been on for 7 years lol. car look great m8.
  3. why pay extra just for a name, especially if you intend to change every 12 months for £10, you cant go wrong really.
  4. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWNX:IT very good for the price. ive just bought a pair, 2 actually, another set for a micra. i broke a clip on fitting and they sent another one out. excellent customer service. well recomended.
  5. Hi guys hope i get some help here. prob sounds more complicated than it is really but ive spent some time drawing a diagram to make things easier for you. basically ive been advised to change my fuel pump and attach thicker wiring (8 gauge) with a relay and inline fuse. the car has been a project for years a 1.3 Nissan micra Turbo aiming for 200bhp. my question is does the diagram look about right to you? any questions please ask away, i'm going to try and tackle this tomorrow. thanks
  6. sorry for jumping in here, can you play music on your phone through the cars audio system using bluetooth? though you would need some sort of jack or other lead.
  7. £200, thats ridiculous m8. ins tailered to you! to much hard work that for the companies! would be good though, if you had a fort with heavily armed guards under 24 survillance in a 'rough' postcode it would be the same price parked on the road outside a terrace house one street away!
  8. that is a good price. mates and ppl i work with always ask how much is the ins. and they looked well shocked. in comparison one mate is paying around £200 for an ST and one m8 is paying £200 less for a 12 year old mondeo. what!
  9. in the end i actually went with bell ins, part of the admiral group along with elephant. anyone else use these? i no its 2 month old post but didnt wanna start a new one for this. i got a great dell and literally saved thousands off my quote with my existing company.
  10. volume on both sides? front 2 speakers? is this the same with the sat nav? mines '57 plate
  11. whats your opinion on the bluetooth in your Z's? ive only had a few conversations through it but isnt anything to sing about. volume was on max and we both could hardly hear each other. is it just the one speaker it uses, like the sat nav? was prity disappointed but 1st car ive had with handsfree so didnt know what to expect. hoping your gunna say its ace and i must be doing something wrong.....not looked at instructions yet though.
  12. how much would you be looking at a place like RS tuining in Leeds? they must have done this job dozens of times but they are classed as specialists, interesting if anyone knows. food for thought.
  13. haha this is an awesome vid. love little finds like this lol. saw one ages ago with toy helicopters doing all sorts of midair tricks. god bless youtube

its my daily driver, i do 4 on 4 off at work. 200 mile, about 9000 a year with work alone. 1st year with the Z, dont want to add how much it gunna cost! do agree with people about 'the weekend toy'. so many people talk about increasing economy on their Z's and 99% of responces is 'you dont buy a Z for economy' lol
  15. 410! can you remember how many miles you did with the light on, or when the DTE read 0? what fuel was that with?
  16. haha maybe next time. maybe. good to know though. i want to get 300+ per tank especially at £90 a fill! just managed 290 with the DTE at 30.
  17. i would be in hospital! allergic lol! marmite no prob!
  18. just filled up. first time the lights come on for me, had about 30 mile left according to the fuel comp. 80L tank? i could only get 66L in before the fuel pump clicked. 60L is alot dont get me wrong, especially at 1.349 a litre, but 80L? were does that come from. and a quick question here that i know has been covered over and over but Vpower is the closest to me, momentum99 not to far away aswsell as the bt ultimate. what would you go for given the choice. i was given the car with a full tank of momentum. and this is now my 2nd tank of Vpower, only because of convienience.
  19. betting small like £2 on a live game is fantastic entertainment lol, good to come home after work though when you have bet the night before on 5 or 6 races haha
  20. i dont want to start a war on the, 'its fixed' - 'it aint fixed', but a story for you; Bloke at work knows someone he used to know years back who is now a pro gambler, he sees him in the bookies now and then and has a quick chat. sometimes only sometimes he will give him a bet on a horse. 99% of the time it will come 1st, and never seems to be a favorite apparantly. 20/1 - 33/1 and the like, which isnt rare for these odd ones to come in 1st but to predict from a 20 horse race, 10 of them would be greater than say 10/1.......chances of picking the right one is slim at best. anyway this particular day he told him to bet the house, wife, kids, cars everythings you have on this horse.........bit confident as you can imagine that this horse was coming 1st! m8 at work put a tenner on, his brother unknowing to him after hearing the tip but a few £100 on. ........it came 1st! at some stupid odds. why be so confident at a horse that prob hasnt run in months, same jockey, same trainer blah blah blah, why would you even put a £1 on. does make you think, if your a pro you most have numerous contacts in each sport, you have to lol. im not really in to the horse racing, trainers, jockeys, weights, type of ground etc etc but as they race 365 days of the year (and thats just over here) no wonder its so popular. i use sites like 'gg' and have a small dable here and there waffling on a bit here, sorry. but you get my point.
  21. wow.......quite a few of you then. i seem to go through spells of poker, play every day then might not play for weeks. ive had a few good pay outs with roulette and football accumulators, but as somone said, its a form of entertainment. the internet has made it so easy nowadays. i will have a quick look on todays events later and see whats whats no doubt a tenner on an accumulator will go on. fruit machines (didnt wanna leave any one out lol) are not for me...especially online. i was very skeptical at 1st online (well gambling in general)........ .......you know the stories......."£100 on red please sir"........"sorry its black please come again". but after playing a few systems (roulette) you relise you can reduce the odds of loosing/winning but yes, the odds are always in their favour without doubt! horses....ive had some good tips ££££ but yi ive lost to lol, if theres any tipsters amongst you......dont be shy eh! haha good to see so many of you interested.
  22. im betting its been asked before ( lol but what the heck. so any fans of playing poker, roullette, cash machines etc.
  23. must say when i 1st saw the car advertised i thought i won't let the white/frost leather put me off if the cars a minter, could always change/reupholster. seeing the interior up close for 1st time....wow, wouldnt have it any other way! sports car with the added luxury of white leather heated sports seats lol, why wouldnt i buy it haha!
  24. the clutch i have already got used to and the thrust bearing......it goes away when i turn the music up . im loving it guys, gunna be along time before i get bored of it. best be to! mods......yi they will come i will get a couple of pics up 2mz m8, cheers
