  1.

Sarcasm is awesome. People who don't like it are too simple to understand how awesome it truly is :p;)

Unless your on the receiving end that is :p

Could be worse, he could have got a whoosh Parrot :teeth:

  2. The absolutely best thing you can do is buy a specialized polarizing filter gadget. You stick these onto the fuel hoses going to the engine and they polarize all the molecules to align them all perfectly in a lattice just before injection giving you at least 50-60 bhp. Look for them on ebay for around £25.

    :stir:

  3. i was only thinking of a few extra horse,

In that case you need an UPREV tune from one of the traders here.

It will definitely be smoother to drive and you'll probably get a few extra horses :)

Speak to Mark@Abbey Motorsports or Jez@Horsham Developments. I think there's another trader that does UPREV.

  4. More power in a zed is an expensive business.

Probably between 7-15k for a complete install depending if it's supercharged or twin turbo.

If you have thumbs and can do the work yourself, you can get a supercharger kit for about 4k.

You'll probably need an UPREV tune which will cost about £300-400.

The cheapest way to get more power is to sell the zed and get something more powerful.

  5. I got my CAT D 2006 face lift for £8300 two years ago.

The CAT D was having the front and back bumpers replaced after a slow motion crash after the car was a year old.

Didn't notice the oil eating engine though :-(

  6. So on Saturday I'm off on holiday to Normandy. Holiday time :yahoo: .

Also if anyone has any extra tips for generally driving in France it would be much appreciated. :teeth:

Don't speed, They gone a little bit nuts on speeding in the last couple of years.

160KM/h will earn you a 90euro fine. If you don't have the cash they will take you to a cash machine.

They have started confiscating cars and selling them at auction at over 40km/h over the limit.

Expect to be checked for Drink Driving. Normally checked at roundabouts during lunch time. There's a new law about carrying two breathalyser in the car.

  7. +1 on the above. I have managed to transport 4 Rays with tyres before with the only problem being the two wheels on the passenger seat wanting to move across every now and then :)

    strap them together.

  8. its the price and reliability of twin turbos i dont like the thought of tho

Haven't heard of any reliability issues with the GTM TT kit. I run it myself as a daily drive.

Worth the extra cash as the torque is amazing across the rev range.

    Really smooth to drive.

  9. 40 years on and its still the same in my house, when will we ever learn.

You won't because you're men - you're incapable of learning from experience unless it involves your stomachs or your c*cks :p:lol:

    +10000 for this :thumbs::thumbs:;)

    Meeeooooowwwwwwwwww :stir:

  10. Drug laws are very strict. 4 years prison for having illegal substances in your blood, That includes stuff like any opiate base pharma.

My baby brother was there for 7 years and my baby sister has been there about the same time.

As long as you behave and conform to their rules you will have no problems. If you deviate, life can be very unpleasant.

Life is very much transitory Ex-Pat, lots of drinking(You will need a liquor license).

There is no kissing/sex outdoors. Summer time is really hot (hot enough to melt the wax in your ears). Money is tax free.

  11. +1000 for http://www.catdrivertraining.co.uk/

Colin will teach you more in two hours than you will in a lifetime by yourself.

Spend the money on this before your fanny about with your car.

Doing the performance course in your own car is the best way of learning the limits of your car (You'll be amazed at the grip a Z has braking and cornering)

Thoroughly recommend the "Drifting & Over Grip Limit Handling" course as well.

I made my co-pilot do the courses as well, now she drives better than me :headhurt:

Can't recommend Colin enough. (Don't know if I'll forgive him for teaching a girl to drive my car faster than me though!) :bang:
