GTM 3.5 x 13 x 24 Bar and Plate Core Intercooler Rated 1000hp
-
Does anyone have an opinion on size of tyres should I be running with this much power?
I've got 18" rays rims
-
I think it's the stage 1 kit which is up to 500HP
-
Thanks all.. It is indeed a GTM Twin Turbo Install.
Mark is on the DYNO next week with it, so I'll have to wait to see what it does.
I was hoping for 500HP for my 50th, but I think that's a really big stretch on a standard HR engine.
@neilp I have no idea, the pictures are all I've seen so far. I'm assuming yes.

Is something I can't afford any more. 'cos I left my Z at Abbey for a supercharger install and this work of art happened
-
Please go ahead, I'll send the cash to your account today
-
Mr T, Could you add one for an HR engine please.
-
A small fortune... I think it was about 6.5k including the engine, gear box and other bits from ZMANALEX.
It was about the same as having the old engine rebuilt with new pistons and bits.
The Z is currently at Abbey have the GTM TT installed.
-
Neil, Why do you say there are too many differences?
I'm running an HR engine in place of a revup. Abbey did need to build a new wiring loom.
Didn't think there was much difference between the DE and revup

Did you have any oil in your engine before the service?
-
confirm package minus the Front Lower Tie Brace for £550 (plus £175 fender brace)
-
If you have had it mapped before, you are not going to see big gain.
Did you see a medium/large gain the last time you had it mapped?
-
I'll take a 350z Suspension Package 1 please. Mr T.

You will be amazed just how much you can thrash the Z, It loves being abused.

Threshold braking

It's worth going on a performance course with someone like colin at www.catdrivertraining.co.uk.
Expensive but worth the effort. (lot cheaper than performance mods)
I learned more in day with him than I have in the last 30 years of driving.
-
I'll take one

I'll take one

Work gloves ... saves leaving parts of your hand on the car

I was down about 8 hp at the hubs with the 95 Ron map on a DE engine.

Thank you Mr C.
