Rekon i'd hire a van and go get it myself for a fit and forget tailgate at £50.00. I wouldn't trust a courier with a weighty oversized painted item containing glass.
Just a thought.

depends how classy you're wanting to keep it. I take a more "Less is more" approach to styling. For the cost of a set of Tein S techs i'd drop it slightly on those and see how you feel. On stock spaced rays i think it'll sit perfect with a nice reduction in arch gap.

I'd have been up for this if i hadn't just driven in to the side of my own house Any dates in mind, i errrr need to visit the body shop.

Hi Mate,
Think I may get some to be on the safe side, i'll drop you a PM.

Morning chaps, pretty self explanatory really, i believe the size is a 7/16 but does anyone know the pitch? I'm no bolt expert but
may require some replacements so any help would be appreciated.
Cheers in advance

Ahh yeah, cheers for that. Not sure how i missed it.

You obviously weren't looking hard enough G1en, that's my white 370z roadster behind the red GTR in the pic above í ½í¸„. Can also be seen in the background of 3rd pic up of the 458. And I saw another 2 350z's. But have to agree, I was disappointed that there wasn't more there. Some nice cars on display though
Nice pics í ½í±í ¼í¿»
Were you parked on Alexander Prestige's stand?

Few 350's kicking about Newby hall for cars in the park this weekend just gone.
A tidy Azure DE with gloss black Rays and an R35 front end.
Any one's on here?
Quite a busy show actually, be good to get a stand sorted for next year.

In order to create the pops and crackles it relies on slight dipping of the accelerator pedal so if you get a bit sick of it just don't do it. It'll happen naturally a bit
but not to the extent that it's going to wind you up. I've had mine mapped in on my HR and although switchable I'm constantly in the "pop and bang" map.
As i said it's more of a crackle, you're not going to wind up with an ASBO

I'd imagine most DE owners will say DE and most HR owners will put up a good fight too. For me it was always the HR, as mentioned, better interior, better lamps all round and the bonnet alone adds so much to the visual appeal of the 350 that made it a winner for me without delving too deep into the engine characteristics.
Low mileage isn't everything, i voluntarily upgraded my clutch and fly at 106k, my uncle had to change his at 44k on his DE.

I'll head past your showroom in a couple of hours on my way to see the Grandparents 😄
I'm not in til this aft otherwise I'd have got banners and flags made. 😊

I was possibly knocking around, always take mine for a spin to shell and around the area on Saturdays, where is your showroom?
You live in Harrogate don't you mate? Really surprised I've not seen you kicking about.

Sorry i missed all these posts. Showrooms in the centre of town on the one way system. Ati Miele centre at the cross roads. Riply ice creams a good shout too.

True story. Might be worth upgrading the bushes to poly whitelines ahead of fitting. Save on costs later. Your call, not essential.

i´m looking for this too
why not some hard work ones like powerflex?
I don't track the car so would like to keep it semi comfortable but still sharpen it up, I already have whiteline sway bars & drop links so just kept it whiteline.
Replaced the lower control arm bushes on mine with whiteline and It felt loads sharper.

I read the post and I haven't tried braking while doing it I'll try that tomorrow. Could be the balljoint :/
Aftermarket arms are readily available through traders on here anyway so no big deal these days. All standard issues most of us have experienced.

Probably compression arm bushes buddy, if they are gone the arm sits on the sub frame and knocks when you hit a bump.
Sent from my SM-G901F using Tapatalk
Ive had a look and it's fine, I heard thats a common fault so its the first thing I checked
Could be the ball joint on the other end of the arm though. Not easy to tell. If they've not been done yet it's surely those. Does it stop when you apply the break?

Still no low mileage HR in the line up though ehh? Thought you'd have found one by now.
True ... it would have to be a midnight now though
with frost
Ha ha just a midnight with frost, ten a penny them.

Jamie, Are you after pre-face lift version 2003 to 2006 or facelift version 2006 onwards ? I have a new RT mines facelift version.
How's the RT one compare to Tarmacs Veilside rep? The original mines one has a more pronounced centre section and i'm not too keen on it, subtle i know but makes the difference. I like the cleaner lines of the one above. If it's like that i could be interested.

Thanks all for the welcome,
I have noticed there has been no notifications for all the above replies to my post... is this normal for the forum or is it a personal setting I need to action?
Thanks
Hit the "Follow this topic" icon in the top right and you're good to go, notifications left right and centre.
They do a new born baby hammock for the boot so win win.
Anyone know anything about classic cars, in particular, Mercedes?

I know nothing but i share a love of classic Merc's. Love the w115 and the early 60's W112 with those stacked headlights. All started with my 190e.
Unfortunately the prices seem to have drifted up a lot in recent years as their cool looks have not gone unnoticed.
Proper cruiser sat along side a proper drifter is my perfect driveway.
