  1. Forcast today Wirral, the cars staying put for warmer weather any way
  2. Is this any use http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=58170
  3. Last winter was bad in the zed. Got myself a little colt for day to day. Although i do feel bad walking past the zed to get into a little shopping car
  4. Think i may get some of that stuff fitted after a respray
  5. Your brave, I think there is a Haynes manual for the US 350z's hopefully someone can get hold of some guides. I only have a copy of the maintenance PDF
  6. Stone chips build up quickly and I don't even tailgate. mine is 5 years old now and the front bumper and bonnet really needs a respray, there are hundreds of stone chips. It has 76,000 on the clock. I would say if doing the same mileage you would want the front resprayed every 2 years before it looks shabby
  7. Changed from Bridgestone RE40's on my 18 inch standard wheels that still had plenty of tread but killed a tyre and didn't want to get another crappy RE40. Bought Falken fk452's all round from camskill last month. Road noise at least 20% less. with the RE40's I thought there was a hole in the car the noise was that bad. Tyre walls seem to have a touch more flex than the bridgestones but upped tyre pressure to 37 and that sorted it. Wet and dry handling much improved, no more loosing the back end when not expecting it, you would have to screw the car to get the back end out now, and i love the car to much to treat it like that. Also have bridgestone RE50's on my 19" volks for summer grip is fantastic in wet and dry, much tighter cornering feel, less wall flex, road noise not as good as the falkens but i think thats down to profile on different size wheels. run these at 35psi.
  8. That looks like a handy bit of kit. Are they one way valves on the ends. Where can i get one of those? Thats just showing off Of course it is
  9. Thanks seems like all the shifting around on the seats has dne it and nothing to do with the stereo. Will have a look under the seats when it stops bloody raining. Cheers for your help
  10. Installed a new head unit thanks to the helpfull guides it worked first time. However now I have the airbag light flashing. I have done the airbag reset and it stopped but next day has come back. Any idea if there is a wire behind the stereo for the airbags? Please help
