Hey all long time no post, sold my 350z about 5 years ago due to new family addition but want to come back ive seen a 370z on eBay that seems too good a price to be true It’s listed at £7,300, 51k miles, 10plate im not keen on colour but I can wrap at that price!! what sort of things do I need to be asking about, I’m a bit out of touch since the 350, and what do you all think, it’s not difficult to find but I can’t see item number as I’m using my phone and rushing before work. im 140miles away as well but that doesn’t bother me I just want to know what to look out for any help much appreciated if you’d rather talk message me and I’ll call you back if it’s easier Thanks

Started a new job a few weeks ago at DFS in Doncaster and have seen this Azure Z a few times on personal plate and Nismo spoiler. pretty sure it’s someone on here?

Hi all, long time admirer but slow poster looking at having a quick clean up this weekend, but got differing stuff in my head Should I go:- rinse wash dry polish wax sealant or sealant then wax? sorry it’s a rubbish post but it’s hard on phone with a 4year old swinging on arms!! thanks

looks like ill have to start saving for spring next year....... gives me time to convince the missus its a good idea!! Daytona Blue is an amazing colour! anyone know about child seats or am i being hopelessly optimistic?!

i bought my 350z back in early 2012 when i paid 10k for it it was an 05 Azure roadster withn 38k on the clock ive been looking at 370s recently but they still seem to be holding their value at around 14k for an 09 plate which is now 6 years old..... i assumed they would be less by now :/ cant really go much above 10k as weve just moved house and the little one is here but i do miss the Z immensely its not looking a good few years yet though after looking at prices anyone wanna sell theirs for 10k oh yeah, any 370z owners, has anyone managed to put a baby car seat in one or is it not safe? i would rather take the little one out for a spink than our lass!!!!

Driving to work today a bit bleary eyed but I spotted an Azure roadster in Renishaw at 8am with WK55 starting plate No roof down and made me realise I miss my Azure roadster sooooo much Not sure why roof was up cos it was a glorious morning Then, driving home I called at the Co-Op in Eckington to pick up a few beers for the BBQ tonight and there was another Azure Z with the Nismo kit I think, only saw the back end, but plate was HS52 and was an import but looked waxed to the hills and very pretty in the sunshine Hopefully a few on here?

Spot on what I thought, thanks for the helpful post Rays by the way ChrisS, not a For Sale thread mate just gouging opinion It would be interesting to see what a dealer would offer on PX but as I said before I don't even know if it should go yet because I can't think of a better car for say 7.5k than a Z, if they'd do 7k against something I'd like then its a no brainer without having all the tyre kickers but will have a glance around

thinking of selling up now as we have started to car-share which is saving loads of money and we only get to use the Z on a weekend, which has been no bad thing with the weather over the last couple of months!! its an 05 Azure Blue roadster with just over 47k on the clock and stock. GT pack. 6months MOT remaining. 11months tax. booked in for its P1 service tomorrow morning with full previous Nissan Service History. had x4 new Falken 453 tyres fitted for the previous MOT which are almost new due to its limited use. roof has been treated twice a year with the Auto-Glym kit and is rip free. Unfortunately, the front two alloys have curb marks all around the rims, ive been meaning to get them refurbed for ages but just never got round to it but have been quoted £75 for them both. it has the usual stone chips on the bumper, as has just about every Z! when i bought it there was a scratch down the rear passenger panel which is noticeable when you know it is there but if you look at the car you cant tell unless its pointed out - i have filled this with a touchup pen but its not perfect. another bad thing is i scraped the wheel arch on the front driver side when trying to park it in the garage when we had the heavy snow, again not massive but i know its there all clean interior with the odd wear-and-tear on the leather seats. i have owned it for two and a half years and it only brought up the clicky axle issue which i fixed with my dad in a few hours, not returned since and never missed a beat at all - great car! what do you think its worth according to the above? i have a rough figure in my head but dont know whether im hopelessy optimistic or under-pricing? if i do get rid then it wont be given away as ive no idea what i would want to replace it (must refrain from Auto-Trader searches!!) and im sure ill miss it if it goes..... thanks

dont suppose you were at The Moorlands pub on Owler Bar rounabout last Sunday? saw a very similar Zed parked up there around 1pm we were on our way back from Bakewell? great pics BTW

Seen this before a few weeks ago parked at Wilkinson Head Office in Worksop as I work there!! Gunmetal import 52 plate Z with Nismo kit and aftermarket alloys I'm guessing the owner works in the warehouse as its parked in the lower car park and is probably from Worksop - anyone here? Ill flyer it if I see it again and get no reply Mine is parked in the top carpark on the hill as you drive down, Azure roadster Thanks

as above - now driving me mad when driving along and hit one of the 10 billion potholes littering our roads the passenger seat is squeaking its the top part of the seat obviously as if i hold my arm across with a little weight it stops, but if someone is sat in it it still squeaks now and again anyone had this before? im not sure what would need tightening (not had chance to look properly yet due to work but will check this weekend) but thought id put a feeler thread out to point me in the right direction hope ive explained OK bt any questions just give me a shout oh - dont think the tyre pressures are right, ive got standard Rays with Falken 452 all round, is 34psi in all 4 about right? thanks

i was driving to work today in the Azure coming towards Worksop, the main roundabout, and coming off this towards the A619 was a Sunset - which looked llooaaddss cleaner than mine! flashed as we passed but not sure if it was a bit too late anyone on here?

Z needs a major clean, dry, polish, shine, and good layer of wax ready for the winter been meaning to do it for a few weeks but things have just cropped up at work today ive felt how bitterly cold it has been - is it too cold to be applying the polish/wax etc? ill be starting around 8:30am tomorrow morning and hopefully finishing around lunchtime, will be using the following: - - wash using AutomGlym shampoo - dry with my new microfibre towel - apply the polish, AutoGlym super resin polish - buff off with a microfibre - apply the Autoglym extra shine and buff off again - put the Dodo Juice blue velvet wax on - leave to dry and buff off - clean the hood with AutoGlym fabric protector - finish with the windows and hoover if the cold weather wont effect anything im quite looking forward to cleaning her up nicely again but if its going to ruin it then i might wait and hope for a warmer day over the next few weeks also - am i right in applying the polish / wax in a circular motion and buffing off in straight lines? and - would you put two layers of wax on or just loads of it when i go round the first time? thanks for any advice

i enquired about the alloys and he originally said £700 asked for photos and n/s/r is scuffed so needs a refurd so hell do them for £625 really tempted to be fair but not sure if these are a straight swap for the 18" Rays on my 350z? anyone know or know if i need to change anything to get them to fit? got an Azure Roadster and also curious as to how the black would look on mine!?

Z has to go in next week for service, put it off for a month due to holiday so now it's time, especially with the weather and being a rag top Cheapest Nissan have quoted is £308 I'm buying the parts from ZmanAlex but wondered...... all I'm paying for us the Nissan stamp really Should I go independent and get it cheaper or follow on the FNSH route? Does it effect resale value? What would you do? It's an 05 and hasn't missed a scheduled service yet, now on 41k, I've had it 16months and done 9k so it's ready now Opinions please Cheers

hi my 05 Azure roadster is due a service i think, according to the schedule - full service details of my car below: - P1 5325miles 17/05/2006 P2 11113miles 16/05/2007 P1 13188miles 16/06/2008 P3 21276miles 01/08/2009 P1 31425miles 15/12/2010 All are Nissan Services with stamps i bought the car on 28th January 2011, just after the last P1 service, at 31800miles - ive parked it up tonight and its done 40446 - so according to the summary its due a P2 as its just over 9k in 14months im guessing the above is correct? can you let me know what the P2 involves? would i need to buy anything extra or do Nissan just sort it themselves? how much is a P2 (i asked a few months ago but cant remember what they said, so will have to ring if not)? also ive noticed that when starting the car in the morning over the last few weeks its idling at between 1.2-1.5k revs but then levels out after a while - is this normal or could it be down to the serviced being due? a final one, but i think my exhaust is blowing slightly - what are the tell tale signs, it seems to pop a little when reversing it into the garage and stutters slightly when first starting it up as above thanks for reading and any advice would be very appreciated, hoping to get these niggles sorted before having the Rays refurbed and then hopefully booking Wales again and Harewood House Buckley

Saw this Sunset in Eckington last night after work I was in the Azure but a bit dark and didn't have time to wave as caught a glimpse of the shine as we passed Any member?

Would the spoiler fit a rag top? Any ideas what it'd look like!?

Might be a stupid question.... Are these front or rear or do they fit both? Thanks

im similarly in a conundrum my clutch doesnt slip, where you say it looses revs, but theres a like a little click when it engages gear tried driving reasonably, to be fair on the run to work you cant accelerate quickly, but still the same, been happening for a few weeeks now nothing run with the pul or engagement of the gear just a little click so im thinking of the pedal being loose anyone heard of this? if not, gonna have to get it looked at when the alloys get refurbed in the spring thanks

Noticed lots of swirl marks on my Azure recently as well as a few light scratches Anyone got tips or a guide for the easiest way to rid my Z of them? Cheers
