  2. I dont like this site anymore i now want berks hfcs after spending the last 30odd minutes watching clips on youtube whats the difference between kinetex/berk hfcs?
  3. Congrats crewe hall is lovely, never stayed in the older part of it, but the newer rooms are very nice , spa/gym/pool area isnt bad either.
  4. true i do currently feel the most manlyest i have ever felt before just a shame im not happy with how it came out in the end
  5. its finally back on, seemed to take a bit or wiggling to get it to sit on properly, still not 100% flush on the drivers side weirdly but its like 99% there, all in all lessons learnt today are.... take your time, DO NOT EVER EVER EVER ATTEMPT to do anything remotely car related again as it looks like a 5 year old has had their way with it and thats being generous and if part of the way through you think i really shouldnt be doing this then your right dont do it! as a result i have an okish looking bumper from a distance so time to save up and replace it at some point
  6. Ok new problem how does it go back on lol doesnt seem to want to clip into place
  7. tbf its the bolts behind the liner is ther part where i got stuck, i couldnt see/get to them with the wheel in place unless i was look in the wrong area.. basically what i did was. > remove all the screws underneath holding the plastic cover, > moved to wheel well, under the 2 cross head screws at the top by the arch, > removed some of the body clips from the front/top of the arch, this is where i got stuck, i dont see where the other screws are other than one right at the very top behind some of the arch but as for the second i have no idea.
  8. Rothers, thats what i was following still couldnt manage it though . Alex, couldnt see one there , will go have another root around in a moment lol.
  9. feeling rather stupid at the moment , just tried to remove my front bumper and failing to do so wanted to know if any one would be able to help me out? (obviously ill come to you unless your feeling really generous), but the main reason for feeling stupid is... how in god name do you remove the wheel :|, 1 - i couldnt find a wheel brace and 2 - the wheel brace i have for the ibiza wouldnt go anywhere near it :| all in all a wasted hour or so trying to work out how i do it all oh and i did print off and try and follow the guide and still managed to fail . btw im in stoke on trent for anyone willing to help. Cheers Matt
  10. welcome, im from stoke to will keep my eye out for you ill either be in mine which is identical to yours or the ibiza (mk4 in a sky blue colour). im 22 so not too much older than you oh and whining.. mine used to do it when it was really cold but seemed to go once warmed up and not heard it for a few months lol.
  11. 1 + 4 + 8 for me. rest are too angled for my liking and im sorry but 11 & 14 are horrid imo
  12. Heres a Page 3 update well... as the nice weather is continuing and *fingers crossed* my rig will finally be sorted at the weekend... 5th time lucky costing me a small fortune . for anyone who is interested in having rigged shots, the offer will be the following. 2 x rigged shots + normal shoot + disk of edited images + 1 upto A4 Print will be £40, extra rigged shots can be bought for £5 per shot, or there is still the normal offer of shoot + disk of edited images + 1 upto A4 Print for £20 the reason for the price on the rigged shots is purely down to how long it will take me to edit the rig out of the shots. Hopefully i will get some interest in them soon I will post up shots from it over the weekend providing i the poles are finally right
  13. I see a silver one most mornings heading out of macclesfield vx04 iirc is the start of the plate, but i see you most mornings, flashed at you once when i was in mine but i drive past unnoticed most days in the ibiza but never flash incase you think im a bit weird lol. and yesterday i had a sunset (LT04 iirc) follow me for a little bit heading out of macc upto the traffic lights where there are road works at the moment I was in the ibiza in front of you. to you if it was you anyway
  14. without really reading the article too well, does that mean if you were to sorn a car that it would still need insurance? or does sorn'ing the car mean it doesn't need it?
  15. Me and my bro are going got general admission tickets for the whole weekend cant wait
  16. A Zed on mixed tyres is a whole different ball game to the front drivers you mention. You cannot possibly getting the full potential from your Zed and in the wet it is likley to be a death trap. I've lost count of the number of times those who have been happy having mixed tyres and have then decided to bite the bullet and get a matching set suddenly find their ZED has levels of grip they had not believed possible. But you will not know until you try tbf when im going from the ibiza which drives like an oil tanker on ice then a zed with mixed tyres feels 1000000000000000000000million times better. I do agree that when i have had 4 matching tyres on the ibiza it does drive better however, driving on normal roads around here both cars cope perfectly fine i dont tend to push the zed that much around corners having spent 3 years in the ibiza i dont believe a car can actually go around a corner. as i mentioned though if i could afford to swap all 4 tyres on it then they would all be matching but its not really that high on my list of things to do tbh.
  17. I have got to say, there have only been 3 points in my short (5/6 year) driving carear where i have had all matcing tyres and yes the car did handle better when they all matched but the zed currently has 3 different tyres (2 rears are the same and both fronts are different to the rears and each other), my ibiza has run many different combinations of tyres and some quite frankly well under budget tyres 'corsa' for exampl mixed on each corner and theres nothing wrong with how it drove, in the normal everyday driving ie not pushing i really dont see what the fuss is about with running mixed tyres. however if i could im sure i would have matching tyres all around on the zed.
  18. You got access to photoshop? may be worth having a go in there?
