Will showed me the rusting on the welds, Its quite bad and not something you would expect for an exhaust which is only 4 months old. Nice sounding exhaust though and big tips, which look Have you considered the Nismo as another option?

As Doogyrev mentioned, the shipping, import duty and VAT are not included in the price. VAT and duty are calculated on the total value of the item plus the shipping cost. You will generally pay 25% of this total cost to cover the VAT and Duty charges.
