Interesting thread I have a question - I only drive 5 mile each way to work and get pretty bad mpg driving sensibly , around 20 I'm pretty sure thus is due to the choke being on virtually all the way there , would it be worth me waiting 5 mins before starting in the mornings or does any think it would be worth doing a throttle reset, as I think it may be ticking over a bit high at times

Iv just bought a kart definitely won't be doing that it's mental

Why not try and repair it yourself , I know there's a good guide on here somewhere . The guide explains how to clean the comm that is normally the fault why the motors seem to be failing. Or or :pmr35lee: sure they'll have new and reconditioned

As said above or :pmr35lee: I got one off zman it was perfect till I decided to cut off the end of the bubble wrap and chopped off the plastic attachment

It's a very easy job hardest part was removing and refitting The undertray, definite job to do on your own , got them off zman and they were A1 and delivery was fast

Havnt picked it up yet but will in the wk and then I'll put up some pictures, test drove it today and agreed on a price like I said wow is it quick prob only has a top speed of 60-70 , depends how it's geared tbh but ur so low to the ground and the acceleration seems so quick. Def a cheap way of driving experience and if I make a mistake the repairs are a lot less

me and me mate from work have gone halves on a go kart it's a2 stroke Rotax 125 cc, think it's about 30bhp but hell is it fast We've got a track about 15 miles away, and intend to go to a few social track meetings, Tbh we thought about autograssing but decided with karting , as you can be competitive without chucking too much money at it Anyone else into karting ? Wow that's some sort of stats u need to keep on top of if playin 6,6 seater tables , do u write down notes on each player ?as to be able to bring up that info when the clocks ticking and u need to make a decision must be a nightmare. I played 2/3 tables a few times and I found it very hard at times I had to make decisions and the site was flicking from one match to another bleeping at me Also I found that I missed who raised pre flop or re raised etc.fair play mate very impressive

Welcome to the forum mileage shouldn't be a concern really as 77k km is less than 50k miles + 17k inthis country now the cars only done less than 67k miles .

Hi, I'll definitely be keeping my eye on this thread ,iv played a lot of poker I got through to the nationals at a local pub but got knocked out with pocket kings . Iv also played most sites online seem to normally do well to begin with then lose my concentration and start seeing too many hands and chasing . What site do u play on? ug how do you manage to keep your concentration playing as long as u do ? What sort of profits would you expect to make on a average wk ? 2k at 27 with 7 yrs no claims seems very steep I'm with admiral was 29 at the time with 8 yrs no claims and paid £600 as I'm sures been said before its a postcode lottery

Hi What do peeps think of an honesty box for giving money to the forum . I was thinking a email account could be set up where people could pay in a small amount of money via paypal from maybe a £1 + for every time someone uses a guide to either fix repair or diagnose a problem with their Z. I definitely would if it saved me from a very expensive trip to the stealers. Obviously this would be up to the individual

tbh I found the clutch as stiff as any car I'd ever driven, it might be natural and nothing to worry about personally I wouldn't let the mrs drive your car I try to put mine off every time she asks

TBH iv been lookin at a £30-40 7"monitor on the bay and buying a cheap reversing camera that mounts on the numberplate light for about £20. Recon I can get it done for about 70 including extra cable length. My main problem will be gettin the monitor to be a good fit
