Hey thanks for those quick replies didnt expect to get anything so back so fast! Think its just all my past cars ive bought with low miles so spending 6k on a jap import with 94k just scares me! If I do go ahead with it i'll be on here asking for more advice im sure! think ill try and check some more on those past sevices maybe try and call up the garages listed on there and see if they have any record...

Hi all, Hope I can get some views to help a decision!! Been lookin about for a zed for 8 months now and finally found xactly what I am looking for on the colour etc, a JDM auto...fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it, the outside is immaculate and interiors very tidy, just scuff on the dirvers seat side and on top of the steering wheel...nothing more than that really... Its got 94K miles on it....it's an 03 imported in Jan 2008 with 77K KMS then....so it's done 15K a year while its been in the UK....it still has all the jap sat nav and BOSE in...tho dont see that as too much of an issue I dont mind spending out to get a new head unit....It ran OK, test drive all seemed solid, no scary noises!!...checked all the levels and all seemed OK...oil seemed good etc...but I'm defo NOT a mechanic just a newbie!! Trader selling, he wants 6K for it.....I think the biggest issue for me is the 94K miles! Any one got any views on whether this is a good deal? Whether I should be scared of anything at that mileage?! Anything else I absolutely be asking for a must have (it doesn't have any service record with it for eg, just a sheet with all the addresses of garages that serviced and when!!) Anyone could have drawn that up tho!! Does have the import docs, two previous MOTs and a batch of receipts for bits and pieces (auto window fix, tyres etc) ?? Any thoughts really appreciated!
