TBH, i would rather let my zed get dirty than allow one of those monkeys touch it. I did witness a few months ago, and Audi R8 in a Sainsburys car wash being scrubbed with a broom on the bonnet. But i suppose if you can afford an R8 you can afford the respray IMO, DIY is the only way as and when you get time, cos getting a scratch will cause you more agro in the long run

Are you able to get a Student at uni to "buy" it for you. If you take a student to the Apple store, they qualify for 15% discount, but they must see a uni student card/ID. My Nipper has one same but 24" he might be selling.

Do you have a Multimeter? If so you could check bulb for continuity.. or attach a battery and see if it lights up. I would assume the creamy colour is right near the filament? If so it would be the heat of the filament on the internal glass surface causing it. I would think that there is a relay somewhere in the fuse housing, yo uwould need to check the owners manual to see where they are located. ARE you SURE the fuse is ok?

Have you checked for any relays that might be in the circuit?

Snow foam........I was fortunate enough to be loaned the lance and snow foam liquid to "try it out". Now, i was expecting the car to come out gleaming once the foam had worked its magic. Alas, how dissapointed I was All it did IMO was make a pretty white ring of foam around the car, all the dirt that was there before, remained there after. I have been told that snow foam is to "reduce" contact time on the vehicle with a cloth, hence reducing the amount of swirls you could get. TBH, i was glad i used the equipment on loan before buying it, because had i bought it I would have been so My advice, try before you buy.......If you can. As i said, this is my opinion and sure others wont agree, but was i being too expectant......Hmmm yes I think so.
