Ive been in such a rush this weke i didnt have time to let all you guys know im away from a month so i dont think ill be on here much! I left for colombia last sunday (via miami) we missed out flight because the airline got to miami late and then there was a 1 hour delay on our luggage, as a result we couldnt make the transfer in time and im stuck here in miami for 2 days, courtesy of american airlines in mariott hotel! So anyway

Maybe its just me me Mr search button but we don't get along and couldn't see anything regarding this subject so anyway... My brakes when warmed up squeak constantly while moving slowly, its like every revolution of the wheel there is a squeak, it sounds as if its coming from all four corners of the car, it stops when i apply the brake pedal, any ideas?

Not for the stock Rays...I'd save such extravagance for a nice set of 19s... im used to the I before E except after C rule! Forgive my foolishness

in my opinion the best sounding V6 is the r35 mk6 and the Z has a pretty similar roar... well my one does anyway uk facelift exhaust sounds alot nicer than prefacelift or jdm

Isn't the zed setup for use with the bridgestones and using other tyres can cause problems? Hey mate, first of all the official colours are sunset orange, azure (blue) and white im not sure! Most of the Z's are manuals, i have a manual and love it! Look out for stiff gears particularly 4-5-6 and also check for clicky rear axle, a common fault with the Z! (Can hear a click when moving off specially when from revese to first apparently - must have the window down though! id personally get the GT pack as it comes with all the nice extras - heated seats, bose sound system, leather seats, cruise controll and handsfree button on the steering wheel! If money is no object go for the facelift version, the first change to the z was in 06 with a 296bhp model over the standard 287 and the 07+ have 313bhp although the torque figures are different on each model and the pre 06 Z's have more torque stock than the newer models. With the facelift versions you will get a slightly nicer interior and on the 06 a different bumper with 2 larger slats, bigger xenons and LED rear lights and some other small changes... i think the zorst note is louder on 06+ stock exhaust too with the 07+ you what the 06 has plus a bluge in the bonnet and there is a light around the ignition i think. Dont count out the import models as you can get some nice deals on them Good luck oh and sorry!

fact is the Z is tuned to run on 98 octane or better... most fast jap cars i believe are tuned to run at 100 octane so if the manufacturer tunes them to that standard going below isnt the greatest of ideas.... not only this but as many have stated, for the difference of 5 quid a tank more its hardly worth filling your car with the crap stuff when you can have the better stuff? You can benefit from a better MPG and performance using higher octane fuels and thats pretty much proven! So i would reccommend you put nothing but v-power or tesco momentum - 99 thats just me... as for the fuel, i dont look at the price i just drive in a fill it up, having a car like the z i dont think let me scrimp, its best to look after it properly, and in the end i think it shows, both in resale value and reliability of the car and performance and so many other things... you look after your car and it will look after you by the way im a bit OCD with my cars
