Took out and fixed it myself, problem sorted. Cant believe its Clarion! Load of rubbish.

Sorry if this is a repost but i cant find the problem searching. Last night was listening to CD 6, automatically went back to one when finished (which played music). Selected disk 4 and 2 mins later i noticed no music was playing, it was then asking me to eject the cd. When a cd is inserted it just clicks and doesnt play. What do i need to do to sort it? Cheers

Fair enough that sounds about right. Drives perfect, probably didnt notice it with the old clutch as i picked it up in october, have only just been really getting into it to notice. Cheers guys.

Just had a new clutch fitted recently by dealership. (flywheel not replaced) As the weather been warmer i have had the windows down obviously and noticed that when i give it a bit of welly, the moment i accelerate i hear a slight click? Seems to only be in lower gears. only occasional on normal driving, regular when i give it some throtle. Anybody have the same or should i get the people who fitted it to check it out. Cheers

I had to do this with one of my old cars. I had to send log book off and add extra owner to the car. Call the DVLA see what they suggest.

I agree I have a 20mile commute down the motorway and I get no less than 30mpg, I dont make a big deal about using my mrs's diesel.

Same as mine, not experiencing any bad noises though.

7 Days left mate. I upgraded from a quick clio cup and the zed is way way different. Good luck with the insurance, im 22 with the mrs on 2ncb £1300, I have my dad on mine too which bought it down from £1700 so wack one of your parents on.

I have just had this discussion about 10 mins ago with my gaffer. Absolute joke, Road tax, loads of tax on fuel, plus Value Added Tax, plus Tax on top of how much i paid for my car its all tax! Like you say the road tax needs changing, there are more s**t cars on the road now than I have ever seen so putting high emission cars tax up has not changed anything. Personally if they want to charge us road tax they should just intergrate it into the fuel so the more miles you do the more tax you pay end of story, then it wouldnt be so bad paying 115.9. Although i think people that are paying over £400 for road tax is coming back down again but i may be wrong?

I wouldnt bother with a mini if you want 4 seats waste of time, once the seat goes back there is no room. Golf is the safe bet, solid, reliable and holds money. +1 on the Monaro good thinking devyl.
