Good evening all, After mooching around on here for quite a while and a few false dawns including a deal falling throughlast November i have finally found the right car, i viewed on Saturday and left a deposit so should be picking it up in a week. I'm over the moon and no matter how hard i tried to play it cool while viewing i fell in love and a deal was done pretty swiftly, anyway here are a couple of pictures. I can't wait to get it back to sunny Basildon!

Agree with what others have said, I've just bought a Zed with a few previous owners, the dealer was the first owner so not a problem, the second owner was a lady who didn't like it and only owned it for just over 800 miles and the chap i am buying from is due to be a dad so a 2 seat coupe doesn't cut the mustard.

Hi all, I've just put a deposit on a rather nice 313 and might be interested in getting an abby remap. Is there anyone on here with a 313 spec who has had their one remapped? I'd be very interested to know how you get on with it, ie you thoughts on power gains, power delivery, pace and drivability verses standard and fuel consumption etc. Thanks, Dean.

Thanks for the replys....the reason I'm asking is that I'm off to look at a zed this morning and although i've never been a fan of silver zeds when i got sent pictures of this 57 plate zed it looked slightly different to the silvers i had seen in the past....the pictures really changed my opinion.

If the car develops a problem in the first couple of weeks of ownership which relates to a serious underlying problem, its much easier to return to a dealer and get your cash back, than it is if its a private seller. And i have had to do something similar to that with a Clio Williams i bought in 1997....a few days after i took delivery it went belly up....5 months later and a trip to court i was 3k to the good....i wouldn't have had much of a chance if i bought it private which i why i'm happier paying a little more froma dealer.

I was thinking that but i don't know much about superguard, my understanding is that it will mean i won't need to polish and wax for a good few year....the saving on me buying a decent valet kit and time on waxing might be worth it.

The nissan warranty runs out in June so the 12 month they are offering will give me an extra 8 months

I was thinking the same...I'm sure I could find cheaper, in fact I'm looking at a very similar one Saturday thats a lot less money but with this one I've got a degree of security in getting it from a dealer and zero financial outlay until the back end of the year. Looks like I might be having a doss afternoon from work on Friday.

Slightly off topic but does anyone know if the aftermarket Sat Nav system I've heard about on here fits the 313? I was assuming it wouldn't make any difference on engine spec and year but wanted to check.

I've had another chat with the owner, it is 100% a 313 spec, no accident damage and 1 owner plus dealer from new. All sounding pretty good really, I hope it measures up in the flesh.

I have been sent an under bonnet picture and it is a 313....thats assuming it was an engine picture from the same car, it's a close up so couldn't be 100% I'm going to give him a call now just to check.

I'm going to look at this one over the weekend and wondered if anyone knows of it? I've been sent a few additional pictures and it looks tidy....full history although not all main dealer, had it's P3 in August 2010 at 17K and currently sits at 21K, should i let the lack of main dealer history bother me? Only another 4 months tax and MOT'd until August, I'm told the bodywork is in good shape however a few kerb marks on the wheels.
