I have just had the pleasure of being visited by Colin and Graham. They said that they would wash my car as I am not able to. They have been round started her up and cleaned her from top to toe. I really cannot tell people how thankful I am. It is just brilliant. Also a massive thanks to Garry, who has lent me his zed car cover too. It really does make me proud to be a member. Thanks everyone for the kind messages. The reason I had surgery is that I have bone cancer, so I have a cage in the front of the spine and screws and rods in the back. They have told me NO physio for at least 6 weeks whilst it starts to fuse together with the rest of my normal bone. But after that the work begins. I hope that it will sort me out. Physio is the next step.

It's really too big to be mounted in the car. Don't think it would even remotely go into the cubby. Not really worth it IMO. Get a nurrished system instead.

Hey people, Right as some of u know I have just had major surgery on my back for correction of my spine due to having a collapsed vertebra. I now have a crap load of titanium in me. Woo hoo. I have been released from hospital early as I'm doing really well. Only thing is I can't drive the zed for at the very least, six weeks. I haven't driven her for two months already! I can't really move much and definitely can't clean or even get in the car. When I got home, I found that the house up the road is doing building work and covered my car in crap! What a shocker! Also to make things worse my girlfriend tried to turn her over and it wouldn't start. What was wondering is........ Would one of u very kind people come and sort me out? I have jump leads and loads of biscuits and tea. And take her to a local valeting place to get her looking shiny. My girlfriend is a saint but has gone back to work this week after being at my side for 2 months. So she can't really do it for me. Plus she wouldn't be able to jump the car herself. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Sparky

Firstly alex, I am really annoyed that u have posted this up as I paid a tenner for it. Hahaha, only kidding it's a great guide. Nice one for sharing it Plus u can't buy the cable in store only on the net. And it is easier with the 12 core stuff.

I have this mod and its fantastic, really good. I didnt mind paying the initial tenner because it was to "pay" his brother. However i believe the debt has been repaided. I feel alexz should post it up for free. I am not bothered about other people getting it for free and i paid and i doubt if anyone else will be bothered. I paid for the exclusivity of it. This is a great mod and would be a shame if it didn't get the recognistion it deserved.

thanks for all the kind messages guys. i am fine with it, just gotta get on with it. TBH, i am quite attached to the car but ricey makes a valid point. it could be 3k - 6k being wasted. could stick it up and see what happens. nah, prob about £400 per month. just added it up a bit wrong.

i have a dilemma........ i have recently been told that i will not be able to drive the Zed for perhaps quite a while. reason being is that i have been diagnosed with breast and bone cancer. they have found a collapsed vertebra (T 11) and will have to put some sort of scaffolding in my back. so my car costs about 500 per month to keep, but i think that could be better spent. my work have said that i have full pay for however long i need (they have been awesome) but i might not be able to drive her for months. so do i, a) sell up and get another in a few months, and save up for the mods i wanted let her sit there and pay for the time being. cheers people Sparky

Nissan dealer removed the clutch which was 'burnt out'. They put it back together and said that was it - have it back. After weeks on the phone to Nissan Uk they finally agreed to put another new clutch in under warranty. In other words do the same as last time. So I've given up. I've part exed it for a Cayman S. I think that if Nissan are going to build a sports car they should do it properly. You ought to be able to drive it hard. On another note my neighbor has just given his GTR back because he got fed up with faults on it. He's got an Aston. hey ho. All the best to you guys and thanks for the support. he went from a GTR to a Aston and thinks he wont have any problems with it? oh dear!! some people i have spoken to about their Aston's have said never again. spent most of their life in the garage for some faults or others! lol. but hey i would love to have the choice!
