  1. £14 for a pizza is a complete rip off anyway! Pizza is traditionally peasant food, just a dough base covered in whatever food was left in the house. You don't get charged that sort of money in Italy etc.
  2. where would one obtain such a glorious device? Unless you want to join the police or armed forces you won't be able to get one Get 20% off Nandos aswell
  3. It was the diesel sporting 130bhp, so very easy to tune. Engine work was a GSR (prototype) long ram induction kit and a remap at red dot in watford. Thats it! To get that sort of power from the petrol 120bhp turbo you need the turbo from the abarth version, a decent exhaust and induction and intercooler topped off with a remap.
  4. Not really 'memory lane' for me as i'm only 21! This is my 190bhp Grande punto sporting: Then my Fiesta ST: Then most recently my CTR:
  5. Dominoes ftw, my discount card gets me 50% off

I really wana go for the 'twin minigun' look on my Zed: Or was thinking about this, it gives a guaranteed 500bhp.

    P3 Servicing!

Oil, filters etc. But I do also want all the extras doing like diff oil, plugs etc.
  8. Yea they seem to have a passion for what they do. Shame there is snow everywhere as I was going to have a drive up. Looks like they have some nice motors in there. Would like to see some of the track prep stuff aswell Thanks again for the recommendation, I didn't want it to go somewhere that the quality of the work is unknown. Just because a place is 'approved' by the insurers doesn't mean its any good. It just means they give the insurance company a cheap deal and joe public are happy with most of the jobs they do.

    Wow that is so cool!
  10. Cheers for that. Apparently they do alot of work for Aviva so I've got an engineer should be coming out to inspect the damage then it should be off to specialised to get it done. On their website it mentions mechanical work aswell, can anybody vouch for them on this also?
  11. Thanks alot for that. I just need the insurance compmany to accept the price, i'm more bothered about the standard of work, and looking at their gallery it looks as if alot of owners of expensive cars trust them to do a good job. EDIT - Just spoke to specialised paintwork and i'm going to try and get it in for an estimate. The bloke on the end of the phone was very friendly and professional.
  12. As a result of this lovely weather i've had somebody go into the back of my Zed while it was parked on the side of the road. Damge isn't that bad the rear bumper needs a respray and there is a crease behind the passenger side door. The accident is being covered by the other guys insurance (Aviva) and i've got the option of going through their approved repair company (Autorepair or something) or I can pick my own garage and get an estimate. Ideally I want to get a few other bits done while its in there so if anybody in the berkshire area has any experience of good body shops then I'd like your input. Cheers!
  13. As above, any condition considered or colour! Ideally with decent tread on tyres. Cheers
  14. The turnaround time isn't a problem, i'm always prepared to wait for a decent job. just wanted an idea
  15. Cheers for that, will go for my alloys since they are local enough and have a good reputation. Always good to get a recommendation especially when it comes to finishes on bodywork or wheels. How long did they take to powdercoat yours chris? I'll mention you to them chris when I get round to getting them done, its nice to be looked after. Need to wait for the weather to subside firdt though
  16. I've had 3 sets of wheels powdercoated up Staffordshire way at a place called top marques and never had a problem, I think there is alot of scaremongering with powdercoating wheels. Hopefully I can find a reputable place so that the worst doesn't happen. I'm powdercoating the standard JDM 18s, I want to keep them as a winter wheel but there is kerbing on nearly every one!
  17. As above i'm looking for somewhere decent to powdercoat a set of 18s for me In the Reading or basingstoke area. Not a local lad so I don't know the reputation of powdercoating places round here. I'm willing to travel for a decent job. I'm sure some of the local boys such as ChrisI can shed some light... Thanks in advance!
  18. Sorry I forgot to mention this was monday night! Theres not a chance my Zed is going anywhere for at least a week in this weather
  19. Seen you parked there before, on the left as you enter the car park. Myself and a black GT were parked next to you. Mines a JDM GM.
  20. Can you confirm it fits with the JWT?
  21. hmmmm very tempting but i wasn't planning on having a red theme... could work though. Show me a GM zed with a red samco'd engine bay that looks good and you've got a sale.
  22. Was just about to do it after I re-read...
  23. Sorry to Hijack your thread shire, but this is my zed as it stands right now and I feel your pain! (behind the grey celica on the right). You think you've got it bad
  24. Thanks for that. I'll take a look EDIT: Can the trader confirm that this is the part I need and also that it is compatible with the JWT? (I assume so) Without a pic i'd like confirmation. http://www.jdmperformance.co.uk/item_detail.php?prodID=4492
