you will not get any gains, the ECU cancels it out, it's more for sound than anything else unless you add a piggy back ECU

got a K&N one. You do notice small gains but the ECU recalibrates after a while. With the K&N one there is no need to replace it. Just get a recharge kit for £9. Sounds a bit louder to but not done a true test to see how much different the levels are. One for sale from mike at the mo inthe FOR SALE section
