should come with 2 key fobs. Did you buy the car brand new. It expensive to get a replacement, (£100 ish) and it needs coding with the ECU. Not just a trip down to the local key cutting shop. If you bought it from a nissan dealership then I would demand a further key for free.

This now gives them the opportunity to be even cheaper. The other place I would consider is TDI North based in warrington http://www.carplanetltd.co.uk/ , I don't know if these guys do servicing but seem very experienced in there field. moved
