best bet is ebay for a second hand one

shocking service. I would ask to speak to the manager of the dealership and make a complaint

when replacing it, put some copper slip on the thread. They do rust and will snap off when coming to un screw it. Copper clip will prevent this

to the club It sounds like it may be a replacement headunit and hasn't been paired with the ecu but if its all working fine then I don't know what else it could be.
