i have the same problem. my mate who fits these kits thinks it could be the wiring so he's going to dismantle the dash and check everything this week. if he fixes it i'll let you know what the problem was

they prob will but i dnt want 2 change the zed. im only doing minor out of sight kinda mods if you know what i mean. and if i sell these i can get other stuff like plenum spacer, wheel spacers and few other bits

got it installed ok but screwing the heat shield to the air duct is very very tricky and annoying so not having enough time, much patience and a short temper i left the heat shield for now until i get more time. any tips on attaching the heat shield to the air duct?

scared now incase i do mess it up lol

i'm at work now and i'm going home at lunch time to fit it. i can always take my dads car if can't get it fitted but would rather take the zed and i've fitted them before and read the guide thoroughly before hand

how long does it take to fit the pop charge?. i got mine this morning and i have 40mins to fit it at lunch time as i won't have time tonight and i'm inpatient lol. will 40mins be long enough?

i have 2x audiobahn AW1200v subs (700w rms, 1400w peak each) 2x audiobahn A8000v amps (800w rms, 1600w peak each) each sub and amp are fitted to a carpeted box and ready to use. i had these in my other car before i got rid of it for the zed. they were in the other car for 1 week until the head unit died but both subs and amps are in mint working with no problems and sound amazing. serious amount of bass comes from these units. i will put pics up later. i can sell both units together or seperately. £250 for 1 box, 1 sub and 1 amp. GRAB YOURSELF A BARGAIN GUYS!

i'm going to take some pics later to show why i'm also getting the front bumper reprayed after my dad took the car for a drive after i warned him not to

my parents used him before when someone took a chuck out of the front bumper of her new mx5. mazda quoted over £500 to fix it and this guy quoted £120 but only charged £100 and he did an amazing job. i was looking to see were the damage used to be on the bumper and you wouldn't even know that the car was damaged at all. he done a brilliant job. he also said he did a zed the other week

i almost cried last night......was driving home from training, just got off the dual carriageway and was behind another car. BANG!!!!!! a massive ninja stone (i could see it coming in slow motion lol) ambushed my zed from the car in front and put a massive dent on the bonnet. chipped and cracked paint to good thing is i was taking the zed to the bodyshop today to get a price for respraying the whole front bumper. £180 to spray the whole bumper and sort the bonnet dent happy days. booked in to get sorted in a few weeks which means i'll be ok for the NI meet at the end of sept WEAPON!!!
