  1. Also check out the beading from the dodo juice!
  2. Pretty happy with how these went on in the end. Cheers for the help
  3. I lost the key to my locking wheel nuts so ordered a new one from nissan. When It arrived it didn't fit so the guy just gave me a whole new set, which includes the 4 nuts and the key. Using some different ones now so these are to go. Still in plastic never opened. £15 ono
  4. OMG they are hideous Gotta agree. Its rare for me to slate a mod but these are truely hanus.
  5. Really like this one Mostly small changes have made a massive improvement. Might be forced to pinch a couple of your ideas
  6. I got some new pearl black badges for front and rear, whats the best way to get the old badges off without damage? Also have a pearl black 350z badge. The bodyshop removed the old one to repaint/fit spoiler. Trouble is i'm not sure on the exact placement of the new one. Anyone got any tips to get it in the right place and level? Needs to look something like this Cheers
  7. I have used both the dodo colour charged and the R222. Although both give a nice finish and are easy to apply, the beading of the dodo is better and the R222 is not a hard wearing wax and needs to be re applied frequently. I would definitely choose the dodo over the R222 and Andy does great service and great prices
  8. Noticed today the sound recorder app plays back crystal clear through the bluetooth module when the phone is paired. Unfortunately the only sounds you can play are ones you have recorded yourself. Surely it would not be that difficult to develop an app that can play MP3s as well as voice recordings?
  9. Cheers everyone. Just drove it about in the wet so the nice finish didn't last long 90 mins labour time, not including stuff like waiting for the wax to cure and the snow foam to do its stuff. Probably 2.5 hours total
  10. Car has taken a complete pounding with this weather so thought it was time to give the paint some protection. Ordered some Dodo Juice colour charged wax from Andy (really fast service and good price too). Today was nice enough to try it out, so I did! Forgot to get a before pic but imagine a piece of salt grit with a Z somewhere inside it. During: After: It was starting to get dark by the time I finished but I am really pleased with the result, car looks much less dull IMO. The whole thing only took about 90 minutes and the wax was very easy to apply. Should keep my going until spring when I'll give it a full detail and some layers of the Supernatural I also ordered Cheers again Andy
  11. Is that an evil laugh or a kiss at the end?!

  15. Not sure if this should have gone in the eBay section or not. Put these for sale couple weeks back but no interest so eBay it is: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 500wt_1150

  17. Mine is not ABS related, happens almost every time the ESP throttles the revs way down. Might go and record it in a bit to see if anyone else gets it sort of like a metallic 'twanging'? hmmm can't think how to describe it! Yeah, its like a dull boing/twang noise.
  18. Mine is not ABS related, happens almost every time the ESP throttles the revs way down. Might go and record it in a bit to see if anyone else gets it
  19. Very very similar thing happened to me, got away with just cosmetic damage. Will look at getting it sorted after the winter. Sorry you were not so lucky.
  20. Pretty terrible. Is it supposed to go BO-BOING, BO-BOING when the traction control kicks in?
  21. Drove past all Siam Thai restaurant about 10pm. Smooth back with big silver rims
  22. I'm with clarkie on the snow foam, its very cheap per wash. Had mine 6 months and its been used regularly to clean my car, mates cars, family cars and mates girlfriends cars (one of them completely filled my foam lance bottle to the brim with it ) and I still have half a bottle. I would guess its lasted about 30 washes so far and it was £15 iirc.
  23. Has anyone had there struts re-gassed by these guys? Mine are terrible in the cold now I have the spoiler, despite getting some almost new ones from a breaker 6 months ago.
