they come with nuts in the box i had assumes the standard wheel nuts would just go straight back on??

just to check, i left my big torques wrench on 120nm and i think the last thing i did was wheel nuts, is this right? also what torque do i do the bolts on the spacers up to? first off i have to ask, can i run with only the back spacers for the moment while i wait for the fronts to be delivered?
