It's a surprise No for sale thread, the car was sold as standard and I thought it best not to link back to it's days of being modified. It got sold with basic OEM wheels so it won't look like my car driving away. It's part of the decision, my job role requires me to do more test work in company cars nowadays, including the weekend. Means that I don't get as much chance to use her so it seems silly to have a pot of cash steadily dropping in value in the garage. Spent a scorching weekend at silverstone for britcar 24 hour race this weekend Was a great weekend and got all pampered by nissan with free food, VIP seats, goody bags and tours of everywhere, even got to stand on the podium Then got pi$$ed in a local hotel drinking far too much vodka here's the pics standing at the front of the grid just before the race view of the pit lane from the podium not very flattering... vpl!! the hotel

ok took a look at my own ones and they look like this: doesnt make much of a difference really as you can just make up a bespoke light anyway, yours look like it would be easier to do as a custom job anyway. all you need to do is get hold of 1 LED and the correctly matched resistor. solder the resistor to the LED and put it in place of the bulb (the right way round). use 14.5V as your operating voltage and choose a decent brightness LED.

the theme yes good idea, the winner not so much, it's got to be a vote to keep it fair. if they are all submitted together they are also released together all in one go making it fair.

one of the key things i think was the lack of a definate prize fund. But seeing as this wasnt meant to be part of my business and was just meant to appeal to the photographers out there i didnt think it needed one. It was originally in the main off topic section where people could find it but was then moved here for reasons unknown. I'll have a think and launch a new one, probably run it across more than one forum to get extra interest.

Can certianly plan another one but seeing as there were zero entries it seems pointless. Any suggestions on how to gain more interest are welcome.
