  1. very shiney indeed for a 12 month spruce up i like the wheels, they sit well
  2. Guess you havnt read all of his posts in this thread!??!?!??...... im sure somewhere in there he probably sits on the fence about drink driving too
  3. i accidentally cut someone up once on a dual carriageway, it was a fifty and he was doing a zillion mph, i wasnt speeding. anyways he obviously took offence as he was attached to my bumper. i came up to the roundabout which was just ahead (three lanes) and indicated right. then i see mr warrior coming up ontop of me flashing his lights and trying to run me down i pulled out and decided i would rather not have him behind me when we come to lights so i went all the way round the roundabout (was a big busy one). he followed so i went back the way i came thinking no way would he follow... he did! so i wasnt speeding for his benefit and did the 50 down the dual carraigeway. so as we go under an underpass bit he pulls infront of me and hammers the brakes on!! i hammer them on aswell untill we both come to a stop in the no stopping 50mph tunnel with lots of traffic piling up behind us. all it took was the first tiny sight of his door opening and i turned full lock went past and ran for the hills!! WHAT A NUT JOB!! i pulled straight into tescos car park, it was dark, the first thing i could think to do way HIDE so i threw it in a space, tunred it all of lights n all and slumped down in the seat heart pounding... he pulled into the car park and stalked about it for a min before leaving. wasnt police, no i wasnt speeding, yes i waved to say sorry for cutting him up. i was so shaken. yeah, road rage is crap.
  4. i think so, i mean, my god... look at the post count
  5. annoyingly every time i have to put a password in for either hotmail or the forum i have to do it twice i have the login saved for the forum but i still need to press it twice. it logs me in, then out instantly then i log back in again??? hotmail just says its an incorrect password first time and then works the second. always the second time without fail. never the first for both forum and hotmail. gets a tad annoying and cant figure out why it happens? any ideas?? im using google chrome btw
  6. hmmmmmm some like it, some dont. you get what you pay for . it can be very loud and very intrusive in the cabin. most people run with the bungs in most of the time to make it bearable.
  7. @unabashed: if its practical you want to do then depending on qualifications you could be an apprentice, get a qualification? if its the development/manufacturer side you want to be involved with, a degree helps lots, finding a way ing the door is the tricky part with no experience so adding any relevant skills is a must personally i wish i was under a ramp more often, i have to sit bashing the keyboard too much for my liking.
  8. the lobby system is a tad annoying in the fact it will join a game of RANDOM rank also it very rarely finds a game that has 15 sec left of the intermission allowing you to asses the 5 level 70 players and bail on it, most of the time it just throws you straight into one and you have no idea whos in there untill you die very often. also you cant specify any search criteria beyond game type. and you cant set up your own public game. suppose you always get a game within 15 seconds though even if you do get absolutely trounced. oh i am cack at it though gives me eye strain, headache and feel dizzy after a while
  9. LoL ... I remember when I first started training legs .. the pain would last for a whole week ... The more you train them the less the pain will become ... I train legs every week now without fail and the pain only lasts a day or so ... A WEEK!!! +1 !! i couldnt figure it out either, theres lots of funny shaped bits but none of them opened to put super in Last time my legs felt like this was after i attempted to play football with folk from work. BIG BIG mistake. The ball confused me, couldn't find where the petrol goes
  10. +1 on the spacers, its funny how much of a transformation it is
  11. Its nothing to fall out about bud. Yes, the law sees it as wreckless, the same as doing 70 in a 50. As i said before, i wouldn't/couldnt do this, but i would trust a seasoned drifter to do it safely. ...and you must work for a tabloid as thats a proper mis quote "on a public road drifting is not wreckless....". This came with a 'There's a time and a place'. no worries, dont take it personally just frustrating is all. yeah i read that and giggled knowing you'd pick me up on it
  12. maybe we should put a points system to this so that we can categorise each activity with a different value speeding a little = wrong maybe 3 points pulling out on someone = wrong a slap on the wrist probably no points how bout driving with no insurance? anyone? = how bout 6 points? hmmm speeding LOTS = maybe we should go for 6, 9 or even 12 points!? OH hang on! silly me!! some one has already done this hmm lets think where drifting comes, hmmmmmmm and then lets think what title that may be given... how bout DANGEROUS DRIVING
  13. on a public road "drifting is not wreckless".... what on earth could make you think that...? genuinely amazed. im pretty sure the law sees it as wreckless. honestly... i give up. just dont crash into me when your going sideways.
  14. Alot of MW2 at the moment (although play it properly on a PC.... ) Can't wait for BF:BC2 to come out with the Beta released this week, as MW2 is good but also its annoying as hell with the number of bugs ect Also bit of RTS madness every now and then (COH or Supreme commander) i bet MW2 is far better on the pc, i find myself wanting to tear the xbox controller apart for being so clumsy
  15. nah you crack on mate btw: i dont condone drink driving either
  16. i've got baby soft skin now but i cant put my hands in hot water as i feel like ive got no skin left worn it all away on the climbing holds its amazing how fast your body reacts to the first workout, next time you'll be amazed how much less it hurts afterward
  17. I've just had a curry, do I qualify for this job? lmao ok, if your looking for automotive then that narrows it down now its the decision between whether you want to be hands on and work in a garage or work in design of some form and work for a manufacturer/supplier. the former will allow you great flexibility in location etc and the later will force you to move to the job but have better benefits. also it does depend on your qualification level and previous area of experience as to how fast you will progress and how many of the initial levels you can skip
  18. no ive never gone out and drifted round a roundabout there is a distinct difference. and as for the comment that THEY CANT AFFORD TO GO TO A TRACK... wtf!? ok, so i cant afford to go to a shooting range, i think i'll try it out across the local park thats a **** poor excuse especially if you can afford a zed
  19. speaking as an engineer who works with cars. Engineering is simply a vast field. you need to decide where you want to go/work first and then tailor the type of engineering to what that particular sector is looking for. even in the automotive sector there are ALOT of different types of engineer employed. just to make a silly point.... 20. i think you should spend a day sitting in a hospital watching RTA's come in tell the lovely people how fun you think it is to their face.
  21. sorry but behaviour like that on a public road is not a matter to sit on the fence about. the idea is its PUBLIC he cant guarantee anything!!!!!! there COULD be children there COULD be people there COULD be anything!!! its dangerous to himself and more importantly to others. clearly there was traffic passing through so it wasnt exactly closed off now was it. the mention of "oh theres no police" means they know they are being dicks your an idiot if you side with someone like that and i think you'll only learn your lesson when your in a wheelchair drinking through a tube cos some nob in his sports car thought it would be funny to drift that day
  22. seriously guys, dont defend the guys actions, think of your children being run down by a drifting zed not impressive.
