    One question; how did you get your steering wheel control buttons to light up? Mine have never done this, so is this a modification or are mine just not functioning?

    Welcome to the club :teeth: ...............the search facility has certainly helped me with finding out answers to all those questions I've had; some of the members on here are legends in their own right!!!

     

    In regards to what you should be looking for, all I would say is always trust your intuition!!! Generally if there is something that you think maybe too good to be true or that isn't quite right then walk away; there's always other cars to view.

    Got a little confused half way through ready this thread what everyone was talking about........caught the idea now!

     

    I agree, could do with some new arms also if anyone does know a supplier.

    Sorry guys I have been busy with work for a while and didn't get the chance to really thank everyone for their feedback and opinions on this subject :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

     

    I have now gone with the Retro-fit flat beam wiper blades or Aero wipers........look absolutley stunning, far less bulky than the standard wipers from the Zed and they are SSSSOOOOOOOOO Good, can't believe my eyes that I have glass in my screen sometimes now. What a difference new wipers make!!!!!!!

     

    I know what you're all going to say :worthless: but I'm not very good at all this uploading procedure and technology to be honest so you will just have to take my word for it.

     

    I would like to say though.....if anyone is after this style of wiper blade, then DO check out the Autobulbs Direct or ABD website; superb customer service and delivery.

     

    Ordered via the internet on Sunday 27th June at 09.30am, recieved an email from them at 08.30am on the Monday morning stating my order had been dispatched via the standard 2-4 working day delivery package that I had chosen at no extra cost (bargin) and recieved them from my posty at 8.00am on the Tuesday 28th June...... :clap::yahoo: WOW!!!!

     

    And to top this..... being a member on here, one of the FANTASTIC :blush: administrators will PM you a special discount code and the orderis even cheaper.

    What's the problem?...at least if you arrange a meet in your area, there will be two of you attending and for the other times you can cruise together!!! :thumbs:

     

    Does the issue in fact have more to do with you perhaps worrying that she might end up with a slightly newer or should I say................nicer Zed than you.............sibling rivalry and all that???

    Does anyone have pictures of their GM 350z with just the rear 3 windows tinted only?

     

    Im thinking of just tinting the 3 rears dont wanna risk tiniting the fronts

    ATTAK....what level of tints do you currently have? Are your front windows still legal as I was under the impression that the front panes were at the maximum legal limit as standard?

    To be honest some of the worst driving iv seen is by elderly people,

     

    They seem oblivious to their surroundings i often have them pull out infront of me without looking only to hold me up on my way to work at stupidly slow speeds (oh look a sports car with no one behind it i must get out infront of it rather than wait 20 seconds for it to pass :rant: )

     

    actually they seem quite intent on holding everyone up at 35 mph, on all roads! even 30mph limits, putting on the breaks every time something comes the other way, i find im much more likely to make a silly mistake when stuck behind someone slow than when driving fast, the mind switches off, or you get angry and try and overtake. iv been involved in 3 minor accidents (not my fault) and not one of them was because of speed they were all at about 30mph because people wernt paying attention,

    iv never lost controll of a car and all my cars apart from my 1st were rear wheel drive.

     

     

    I think the problem is when the older generations strated driving, the roads were much smaller, quieter, slower places i honestly feel on todays roads the elderly are terrified to drive on them and become a hazzard to other users.

     

    Raising the speed limits wouldnt do much good i doubt as the people using them dont get up to the limits in place

     

    the younger drivers should have better tests including motorway etiquette (get out the middle lane you morons :angry: ) and the elderly should be have compulsory tests when they reach 70, if they cant keep up they cant drive :drive1

     

    Im dan im 23 and im the best driver in the world :D

     

     

    I do agree that the younger drivers, as has been mentioned previously should have more tuition before being granted the priviledge to drive on our public highways. I also agree that there should be some form of re-testing, particularly when drivers reach a certain age bracket to make sure they understand and abide by the current highway code and regulations.......everyone needs a refresher from time to time!!! :bangin:
