Nights does have it's advantages trouble with me is although I was up at midday to enjoy the weather I'd be so wasted all I could do was sit in my pants in the garden for the 1st hour after getting up just dribbling

My tea break view...
Night worker? Worked Nights for 16 years at the Daily Telegraph. It's a lovely feeling going home on a bright sunny summers morning (makes up for the rest of the time when you feel like crap )

Skint and happy beats Lots of money but hate what you do to earn it. Anyway I'm not that skint, I can still afford to fill the Z up (99ron of course)

Literally the coolest zed owner EVER!
Drives a tractor at work
Drives home in a zed
Absolutely brilliant.
I want a view like that on my tea break.....instead I get a grim, grey shithole 70s office with broken air con.
I've worked in print factory's for the last 16 years until I was made redundant in march so I've technically never even had a job with a window to look out of and now I drive a van for tescos and drive a tractor on a farm for 2 days a week. Never been more skint but never been more happy, aint it funny how things turn out

Had painted, I'd have used a brush if I did it
My tea break view today

They were originally black but look much better now

Noticed it had spacers on so guessing it could be a club members car

Thanks for all the responses. I've asked what work has been done and he says the clutch and timing belt and insists its absolutely immaculate
Doubt the timing belts been changed as these cars have a Timing chain not belt

Popped round to see Ian this afternoon and he told me he'd had a 420bhp S/C Z on his rollers the other day, was wondering if it was anyone from here ?
-
If he cared enough about his engine to fit an oil cooler, I would hazard a guess that he's an enthusiast and would more than likely have warmed the car up properly before flooring it and ran the car on high octane fuel (99ron), I'd see it as a good thing

Due to starting a new job I won't be able to make Japfest so I now have 2 entrance tickets for sale and a stand pass for your Zed. £30
Thanks

red looks fantastic, I've hardly seen any red ones
-
Good news is I finally got a new job, the bad news I've got to work the Japfest weekend so if anyone wants my tickets PM me

Great news

Tyre sizes are correct. Have you tried turning off the traction control and then taking it over 70mph?
-
I like your Stance^
-
Just double check so we are all 100% sure that you have the correct size tyres fitted as in width and sidewall ratio?

I replaced the passenger side as it was clicking like mad, this cured the click. A few months later the drivers side start to click so this time I removed the driveshaft cleaned it up and greased it with CV grease and the clicking stopped. So far neither side has any sign of the clicking returning.

So Japfest is nearly up on us and I was just wondering if anyone from the S/E wanted to meet up on the drive down to try and make it less boring
I'll be getting on the M25 just before clacket lanes services so don't mind stopping there and any more suggestions are more than welcome?
I'll meet you at Clackets services
Nice one Bry dunno what time yet though untill we know what time we're meeting at Chippenham
So far it looks like this
M25 clockwise stop at clacket lane services
Off at M3
Off the M3 at A322 up to the M4
Stop at Reading services
On to Chippenham
Will, you know your area better than me so if there is anywhere good to stop around the A322 we could meet you? Failing that it would be Reading services
Sounds like a good plan to me

Looks great. Do you live opposite St Joseph's school in Northfleet, as I've often seen a Blue Z parked up there?

Buddy club exhausts aren't super shiny so would take alot of Autosol to get it to gleam
