Fair comment about the cross country, but at that time visibility is twilight-ish, plus it will be unfamiliar territory, don't wanna bin it before I get to Wales. South Mimms Services sounds a good idea, but I rather be at M40 services for brekkie, at least we'll not waste time at South Mimms other than meet up and shoot off straight away.

Handbrake needs to be off. Put the car in gear and chok the wheels with a brick to stop it from rolling, make sure the surface is even tho. If you have axlestands, use them. Hope this helps
