  1. Thanks Stew.. I will search the member list now. Not meaning to hijack this thread but do the above look like good value? They come with Dunlop Tyres as well, so looks a good deal to me. Just the stagger / sizing that I am unsure of. Perhaps its still worth giving Andy a PM anyway... Will continue the conversation over on a thread of mine to save savaging somebody else's (sorry about that) http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... 324#287324
  2. Sorry to seem a twit but which Andy are we talking sorry? Also, these look pretty similar. Are they the correct stagger? I haven't a clue what I need to be honest. Just know I want 19 / 20" ones that look like these and don't make my traction control go all funny :-( lol http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/20-ALLOY-WHEELS-N ... 240%3A1318
  3. Im trying already... lol Honestly Heath, these are "the" wheels. I need them and I need them bad... (Or at least ones that look like them)
  4. Does anyone know of a similar looking wheel as this is "exactly" the sort of alloy I had pictured putting on my car for the summer. Infact they couldn't have been any more perfect, but as refurbing would have been costly, ideally looking to buy new (or some cheaper replicas) lol Any advice would be much appreciated though... So desperate to get my wheels sorted
  5. Thanks Josh. I think they are going to be a tad more expensive than I have budget for unfortunately. If I hadn't just been made redundant from my job it would have been a very different story though as they are nice looking wheels...
  6. Yeah, it was a question aimed your way sorry Chilli Red. Thanks for the reply. Do you have any pic's (or know of any pics) where by these alloys are on a 350z at all?
  7. That kinda skuppers that one then. Great spot Mike
  8. Are they the ones as pictured first? If so I quite like them I must admit. Are they 19" or 20". Also do they have the correct stagger and is that a set price or is there any movement lol Also, presumably its alloy's only (i.e no tyres)?
  9. Not bad at all and a great price... Most definitely in the running I would say. Thanks again for that Jim
  10. Thanks for the link buddy... appreciate the heads up. No doubting they are nice wheels but unfortunately not quite my cup of tea I am sorry. Can't even put my finger on why to be honest but certainly an option if all else fails
  11. Thanks for the advice Jim. I need all I can get to be fair. Regards to harshness of ride. I am not overly bothered about that as have always had this type of car and have gotten used to it over the years. As long as my traction control doesn't flicker everytime I use the car, I will be a happy happy man. Oh yeah, and the car looking good as well
  12. Thanks Stew... appreciate it. 20's as well will be considered in which case
  13. Thanks for the advice Stew. Changed the thread to 19's now in which case... CS... no real budget in mind. Obviously the less the better at the minute, but I quite like deep dish alloys with multi spoke's. If something like that ends up being more expensive and looks good then I will pay the money sort of thing. I'm here to be tempted as they say
  14. To be honest, I wouldn't be looking to change if I had yours. Just I have a set of aftermarket on mine and they really are scuffed and buckled to buggery. Not withstanding the fact they are the wrong size / stagger. So I am thinking if I am going to do it, I may as well go for 20" ones. Might have to look on eBay though as a decent set of second hand ones should save me a bit of much needed cash at the moment. Just in the process of setting up my own business but even so, stil can't stop spending money I don't have :-) lol
  15. Oh yeah... deffo... I'd be interested to see how they look on your car Heath. Is it 19" alloys you have or 18"?
  16. I think its the second time I have seen it to be honest. If its 20" Alloys then I need me some of those as they just really set the car apart from any other 350z I had seen. Didn't have any sort of body kit on or spoilers from what I remember though (which is promising i.e looking that good stock with just some nice wheels etc). Again, not sure on 20's it would have been lowered much??? Can't believe somebody so clearly in to his Z hasn't joined here / become a member. It is a seriously seriously nice example. Was a JDM as well (cos the number plate was the same shape as mine.
  17. I concur... With my traction control virtually unusable due to incorrect alloys from previous owner. Snow is a major no no for me. Im up for April though. Anytime really suite me now that the weather is improving (fingers crossed). When's the nest really really big gathering on here anyway? Is it the Wales one? Sorry to ask. Just want to pencil it all in whilst I remember
  18. I'm good thanks buddy... how about your good self. Still haven't gotten anywhere with the car yet. Alloys & Tyre stagger still making the traction control do silly things. Headlight lens's still cracked and the exhaust have just developed a crack on the joint and has only been patched up for a maximum of 3 months. Apart from all that I am still really enjoying the Z though. Went to Hastings and back the other day. Over 400 miles and did it on a tank of fuel (or there abouts) which surprised me massively. Was taking it a bit as well... (i.e foot down). Really enjoyed the drive :-) lol
  19. As above really. Anyone looking to upgrade theirs or have a change, please bear me in mind. My ones that came with the car are shot to bits because of the previous owners inability to park Must be 19" though as I have 18's on mine at the moment and think they are a tad small and I think 19's would fill the arches better. Look forward to hearing, All the best, Nathan
  20. Pearl white, lovely 19" (I think) Rims... Basically the best looking zed I have seen and how I dream about mine looking (only silver). Quite interested to know if anyone knows who it is / was, as it looked lowered as well but can't be sure as I'm a tuning novice I am afraid lol
  21. I feel a bit better about it now... lol With the crappy wheels and incorrect stagger, it means I have to drive with the traction control off and the car is less than as grippy as it should be. Put it on snow / ice and it was a recipe for disaster. However I have learnt my lesson not to presume and will deffo attend the next meet...
  22. It would appear that way buddy wouldn't it :-) lol I must confess to being a bit of a phone addict Just a quickie though to say that I have now sold the Nokia 5800 but on another forum. Sorry to any of you who were semi interested, but as you may now be figuring. Im a gadget whore, so I am sure you will see lots more of my stuff posted in the near future lol All the best, Nathan
  23. Just a quickie guys to say that I have sold the phone here on the forum, which is great. Received payment and its currently in the post winging its way to the buyer. All the best, Nathan
  24. I just presumed that because of the adverse weather it was off sort of thing. It appears that I was wrong to do so? If thats the case, sorry buddy
  25. Yes im having a bit of a clear out here as you may have noticed by the other thread. Long story short is that I am trying to raise funds so I can finally start modding my 350z ready for the summer. Any how... I have a virtually brand new iPhone 3G 8GB, boxed and in immaculate condition. In the couple of days use it had, it was in a case and has a protective screen cover on it worth £10, so absolutely no marks and no scratches. Reason I am selling is that my partner upgraded to it but has decided she is quite happy with her iPhone 2G and wouldn't use the extra features (as she's not as gadget obsessed as us blokes) ;-) lol These are going for £350 in o2 stores so ideally I / we are looking for £275 including Royal Mail Special Delivery (so £75 cheaper than retail). It isn't unlocked but from what I read it isn't too difficult. If however you are on o2 then all the better as you can just wack your sim in, call o2 and hey presto. Any questions though, please feel free to ask. All the best, Nathan
