Any crash damaged Zed will probably be minus the barcodes. Its an easy check on the front of the car to see if anythings been done to it. The 2 wings and front bumper should have them on. I had one missing on my old Zed and found out that it had a new wing at some time. Not too sure about whether Imports have them as the one i viewed the other day didn't have any at all.

I wouldn't use autosol on it, use something milder!! If you haven't got megs then go and buy some

Try some megs scratch X, rub it in lightly at first and buff it up, see if its made any improvement, and if it has then gradually increase pressure checking all the time, until its done the job.

I have to say after seeing one in that colour this is one car i'd definitely buy if i had the money. I'm not a fan of imports but i can see you picked up an A1 example and looked after it ever since. Loving the colour of them seats as well . Suprised it hasn't sold as well. Good luck.

I know of 1 member who had to respray the boot due to his over eagerness of getting the old spoiler off but the majority i think haven't had a problem yet. Most have them done at good bodyshops though
