My drivers side wiper arm has started corroding and the paint is coming off. Rather than rub it down and repaint it, has anyone got a spare one or point me in the right direction for a good one. I`ll probably ask at my local nissan stealers tomorrow for a laugh, and see what stupid price they come up with, just in case.

If i had a black zed that is exactly how i`d want it to look, absolute sex on wheels Fantastic job mate.

O well had to be done i suppose. The dealer will put a top price on it and somebody will come along and buy it on finance. Nobody has the money to burn on a nice car these days, so buying privately for most is out of the question.

Hi Jerry and I too moved up from a ctr to the zed, and i had my 53 plate type r from new. It was a sad day to see it go but the zed helped me get through it You will enjoy the 350 but you may find that the handling wont be upto the standard of the type r. If it hasn`t already been done save up for coilovers like the KW`s or TEIN`s and then you`ll be really happy. Enjoy

Hi, just to let you all know, i`ve ordered the `Z` center caps for the 18" rays wheels. Hoping to receive them before the autotuner show, so that i can give them out to those who placed an order for them. Also, have 2 "Z" emblems that replace the nissan badge on the engine cover!! If anyone wants one let me know, first come first served Obviously i`ll put one on my car and the other one i`ll let go for £20

My new baby is a 53 plate GM Grey with the funky orange seats. I'm loving it. Had a funny incident yesterday. First day out in it, gorgeous day driving between Warrington and Bradford.... loving the sunshine on my head and the wind in my hair. It was a scorcher of a day. 28c on the read out... was way too hot and was sweating like a fat lass in clingfilm. Yes you guessed it... I had leaned on the seat heat switch! Felt a little silly. Will post later with update on response from garage. Yeah easily done, not the best place to have a switch. Did the same thing yesterday so i blamed the misses my arse was all hot and sweaty

All depends how much you want to spend, give Bigphil or Kev from Envy a ring and they`ll give you the best options to suit the car and your pocket

They use a timing chain and it shouldn`t need replacing. If you wanted cruise i`d return the car and ask for your money back, otherwise i`d be asking for at least £300 back if not more!!

I think the main thing to look out for is the oil pressure gauge. If thats reading unusually low then you need to check it out. I bought my car with this problem, but didn`t notice it at first. When i did, panic set in i can tell you. I took it to a local garage and even though there was plenty of oil in it, the oil was totally passed its use by date. A simple oil change cured the problem and its been fine ever since and at £25 a oil change i get it done every 4000 miles. No topping up needed at all.

I paid that price for mine in may, but my car had 70,000 on the clock and it`s an 04 plate!!! Gutted to say the least. At the moment your car is the bargain of the century, but not many people have that kind of money to spend in this current climate. I know if i was still looking for a zed i`d snap yours up straight away even at the original asking price. Have you taken it to a dealer yet? they should give you close on £15k for it considering i`ve seen similar models with more mileage, between £17k and £19k. Best of luck with the sale anyway

Hi there mate, congrats on your new Z. If you`re after bonnet dampers then you cant go wrong with a company called Partsplaza from USA on Ebay. Bought mine from them about a month ago and they only cost 40 odd quid with the postage. No cutting is needed and the quality is bang on. I`ve noticed they are now doing carbon fibre versions as well for not much more dosh. We can arrange to meet up sometime if you want to check them out.

Not really but IF it could be done, then we wouldn`t need twin turbos and the like to go quicker
