I've been searching the forum and from what I've read there is a few variations to the WV2 Paint code. Anyone with any knowledge on the paint codes let me know please. I have an 03 Z with gunmetal paint (silvers tone) WV2 paint code. VIN says my paint code is WV2 R haven't seen this discussed before.. Some photos of the bumper against the body.. glrnet Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 It is common for paints to look a very slightly different shade when sprayed on plastic as opposed to metal but that does look unusually mis matched. I've been told to leave it 2 weeks and let the 'air get to it' and see what it's like then, I'm going to guess it will need spraying again as the shade it completely wrong.
