docwra Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 If you want decent power then a V8 swap is probbaly the easiest way to go ......... but Id add that not everyone can handle 450 - 600hp in a car, is it worth £10K if youre never going to use more than 3/4 throttle? Currently attached to the engine is Motordyne TDX V2 Exhaust PPE Engineering RHD Long Tube Manifold Southbend Lightweight Flywheel Southbend Uprated Clutch (Can't remember which off the top of my head) Z1 Motorsport Hardened Engine Mounts Injen Ultra Long Intakes Z1 Motorsport Hardened Transmission Mount What i'll have coming in the new year is a ported and flowed Intake Manifold and some custom made 3" Short Velocity Stack Intakes (I saw some guys in the US do this so decided to jump on the band wagon) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

LS engines are surprisingly light as they have a push rod design instead of overhead cams, and its certainly more compact than a VQ35.
