SamN Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Lost my locking wheel nut key... Does anyone have 4 spare standard wheel nuts? Closer to Southampton the better, otherwise they'd need posting. Thanks Sam Quote
ZMANALEX Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Sam, I have a set of genuine Nissan lockers and also single oem standard 350Z wheel nuts. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex. Quote
370Ad Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Did have them for sale ages ago: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/82753-genuine-350z-wheel-nuts-with-lockers/page__hl__%2Bwheel+%2Bnuts Happy to sell just lockers or 4x standard mate. Just sat in my garage. Quote
SamN Posted August 15, 2014 Author Posted August 15, 2014 Whatever works out cheapest I could get a new key for £17 at Nissan but think the head gasket has just gone on my e36 so want to spend as little as possible right now! Quote
ZMANALEX Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Are you not going to require a new key any way to get your lock nuts off ? 1 Quote
SamN Posted August 15, 2014 Author Posted August 15, 2014 Nope, got Nissan to remove them for me as I have a lower arm to fit in the mean time Quote
samsniss350z Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 My point is Alex, is that you questioned how SamN was going to remove his locking wheel nuts from his car after he'd lost the key. i thought i was being helpful in letting you know that you can remove locking wheel nuts without a key and letting you know where you can get the relevant tools to enable you to do this as your previous post queried how he was going to do this. I apologize for bringing this to your attention as you weren't aware that such tools were available. That is my point. Quote

You sent me a PM out the blue to which I had no idea what you were rabbiting on about. Now you post up here with some form of explanation. Of course I know that these tools are available as I used to sell them and also have used them many times. Thank you for your input which should help others, and I hope that this clears up your misunderstanding. Alex. 1 Quote
