GARGOYLE Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Hi folks, I've got new wheels on but would like to know what tyre pressure I should run. Standard 18's: 35psi, my new set 19's 245/35-275/35. What should I have? Quote
MITZ@CougarStore Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Stay with 35 all round and adjust to suit depending on the tyres... 1 Quote
Sam Mcgoo Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Tyre wall stiffness makes a lot of difference, what tyres do you have fitted? Most people have them a little higher I believe. I used to run 38 front 36 rear, with re050a currently running 36 all round with mpss but haven't experimented yet. Each driver is different, and it also depends how you wear your tyres. 1 Quote
GMballistic Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 I took Mitz's advice when I bought my 19" alloys from him running the same tyre size as you GARGOYLE. 35 PSI all round seems to work great for me with Falken 453's. 1 Quote
Ceejay29 Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Nissan (main dealer) air allows you to run a higher pressure, less air molecules or something Quote
Ceejay29 Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 Haha this was a joke; thought I'd try and ruffle a few feathers but you're all too polite. I was laughing my head off imagining the responses! Quote
