OEM cat pipe studs

Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction to where I can get some new oem cat pipe studs and nuts ?

Knock them out and replace with good old nuts n bolts

Was thinking this but the top flange has 2 x screw in studs if I remove these will it be ok with 2 x M8 or drill out threads and put in 2 x M10 ?

Are you referring to the exhaust manifold to cat fixings ?

So what is the issue with the 2 x studs and 1 x bolt and nut on each manifold that you wish to replace?

Hi Alex, the studs are corroded, so would need replaced at some point so best to do it before I put them on the car.

I had the same problem but salvaged a couple from the center section while changing the original exhaust from the cats back for a miltek,just heated them up and knocked em out ,did the same to the ruined ones on the cat flange and inserted the used ones .just need heat and a hammer

Providing they are not snapped and there is still some good metal then just apply some concentrated heat to the manifold flange and screw out the old stud.

Be careful not to break them.

I have plenty preowned OEM studs in stock or new OEM can be got from your local Nissan dealer.

Best to also fit new nuts at the same time.

I have plenty preowned studs Stuart so they would be free mate.

If you want brand new then your local Nissan dealer can supply as they are not expensive.

Also best with new nuts, also from Nissan.
