EvansJD2112 Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 As the subject line, how much should I be looking at to have a set installed and setup? Quoted £330 Quote
MITZ@CougarStore Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Half that would be a bit more realistic for springs... Quote

KyleR Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 2 hours labour for an amateur with the right tools, a mechanic should be a little quicker. Quote
buster Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 (edited) 2 hours labour for an amateur with the right tools, a mechanic should be a little quicker. imo I would have said around 3-4 hour to do the job is more realistic. Edited October 5, 2013 by buster Quote

Are you including,smoke/tea/bun/cake breaks? You're right, though, if the nuts are a bit rusted up it can take quite a bit of time to get them off and i'm probably being a little optimistic in my earlier post. Quote
SamN Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 I fitted Eibach springs to my Zed a couple of nights ago on my own in about 2-3 hours. The rears took less than 10 minutes each! As said it depends what tools you have and the condition of the bolts. Also depends on your experience I guess. I'll be waiting a few weeks for them to bed in properly before getting alignment done, personally. Quote
EvansJD2112 Posted October 5, 2013 Author Posted October 5, 2013 Great quote from Demon Tweeks. £135 to fit and laser align Happy Days Quote
