350z Kicking plates inner, nearside and offside (please?)

I'm looking for the inner kicking plates (the thinner strip of plastic you need to remove to swap the outer door sills) as mine are rather scratched and yucky. If anyone has some lying around they don't seem to pop up very often.

I think your thinking of the outer ones not the inner ones

So not the sill kick plates do you mean the the plastic trim inside the car.

The "Hockey Stick" its inside and has a nasty habit or breaking at the bottom of the bend when removed

 

Its the bit inside the door at the bottom - runs over the rubber seal and hides the joint to the lower foot well plastic.
