Pads and Rotor- advice needed :)

Hi All,

 

Z's going in tuesday to check pads n rotors all round, almost sure i will need rotors(discs) as they have been on the car for almost 9 years and dont feel as sharp as they should be

 

had a search on here, which in turn gives loads of different options and opinions, can anyone recommend pads and rotors that wont break the bank but still a slight step up from OEM perhaps ?

 

no track days, just spirited driving when the conditions allow

I'm happy with the black diamond set I got from CS which were reasonably priced.

Black Diamond discs and the matching Predator pads. Replaced my OEMs with these and they are a brilliant step up for relatively little money, perfect for fast road use and they look cool too

Just priced up some black diamond dics n pads all round, Just over £400 on average, so thats 2 votes for black diamond, anyone else ?

Just got back from the garage, checked all the brake discs n pads everything seems fine with plenty of 'meat' left on them, they cleaned up the brakes and reseated the pads,seem a lot better now.

 

Also had the brake fluid changed as i cant remember when that was last done

 

If i'm still not happy then i'll look at the options in here from our various traders
