Wheel spacers / arches rolled

Recommended Posts

Hi all, I am new to the 350z scene and have a couple of questions.

I have a 2005 GT UK spec with the anniversary GT wheels. They sit inside the arches a bit too much so was looking to fit some spacers but I dont particularly want to roll the arches so any ideas how wide i can go and any suggestions what spacers i will need.

The wheels have 245x45x18 on the rear FYI and 225x45x18 front

Any help would be appreciated

Hi CougarStore

So they will fit with out any probe with the wheels and tyres i have stated? Is that 20mm front and 25 rear? That seems quite extreme on the rears. Does this affect the GEO?

car is standard not lowered at all. I have attached a pic of how it currently sits.I think 20/20 will be the safe bet. Does anyone know the offsets for the anniversary wheels?

Peteman thanks for the info. Do you have them or any pics of a standard 350 with the same wheels as mine with 25mm & 20mm as cougar store suggests. I dont want to buy a set only to find out they stick out too far and rub the arches.

I must say that after 5or 6 posts you ask a question then decide to dismiss the advise 20/25 is the perfect choice which probably 90%of people do.I have just fitted 20inch wheels with 20/25 front are perfect rears need arch rolling but only just and they are 275tyres with 285 going on when the tyres need changing. So on yours they will be more than ok.

So does this mod benefit the handling or is this purely for aesthetics?

Aesthetics only

Some say it also affects the handling, but I had 20/25 on my Zed and did not notice any difference
