Why would you want to swap, you have pretty much the best option already.

 

The Stillen would be the next best especially now Cobra have bumped the price up.

 

The "Tarmac Sportz" Ypipe will be available soon, a cheaper alternative to all 3 above

The xyz pipe has a high flow cat doesn't it? Just wanting a straight through y-pipe

Motordyne do a straight pipe, resonated pipe and HFC to fit the XYZ pipe.

Ye they do, but my XYZ pipe has the resonator so is essentially a cat in the middle of the car that I want rid of

 

So we saying that the Stillen is the best Y pipe to opt for?

Jordan the swappable part can be changed to your choice.

 

So if you have a HFC then just swap it for a straight pipe.

 

My XYZ has been on 40k miles and you'd never tell from looking under the car. A work of art.

The slot out parts are the resonator or hfc for a straight pipe mate, sell the hfc and buy the straight pipe

 

agreed motordyne gear is quality stuff second to none imo

Yup plus I doubt I can sell the resonator by itself

 

Sell the Motordyne, replace with a Stillen or whatever else is best and have some money in my pocket for other bits

Anyone with an XYZ would take the HFC off you for potentially a spare etc.

 

Mine has gone and I'd have had it off you tbf. But as my long awaited TDX2 is being built I'll no longer have a cat. Straight through ALL the way baby!

Haydn is one..... There's probably about 5-7 on the forum I'd say.

 

Yeah go Stillen if you feel the Motordyne isn't the one for you etc.

I can just ask Motordyne to put a straight pipe with Wassos long awaited TDX.

 

I would love to sell you a Stillen but being honest I think your making a mistake selling the Motordyne.

 

Besides.. Is it

 

XYZ with resonator

 

Or

 

XYZ with HFC

 

If its XYZ with resonator then your system will still be fully decatted, the resonator just slightly quietens down the noise.

It might be HFC actually, it's definately got the cells in there to catch the emissions
