Shaun1982 Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Testing my screen & new buttons earlier & was surprised to actually get past the Nissan screen on the nav. Never saw anything in my last JDM but this zed has the disc in still. Is it worth chucking in a uk disc & seeing if I get anything? Quote

Sarnie Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 The reason it doesn't work is nothing to do with the disk it's the fact that its a Jap system and not a Uk system e.g Secam Vs Pal. It will be trying to contact a satellite that is now on the other side of the world....... Quote

WhackyWill Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Used to be a company in Edmonton (the one in London) who converted Jap Sat Nav and TV to UK spec wasn't cheap but it worked, They did my Lexus RX JDM and worked perfectly. Quote
