tim Posted March 14, 2013 Share Posted March 14, 2013 Hi People It was not that long ago that I was singing the praises of MARTINS Winchester. The place has been refurbished and the staff have changed! After nearly 20 years of really exceptional service I have had a very bad experience with this branch. This was a problem with my van not my 370. I asked to see a manager and the man was a complete fool that had no idea how to talk to people let alone handle a problem. I came away upset,let down & dissapointed. On my way home wondering what the hell I was going to do I got a call from Matt who is now at Martins Basingstoke working with Mike Brimson. They had got wind of my problems I really do not know how. So the next day I went to Basingstoke was given a car washed and fuelled and told not to worry my van will be back with me late afternoon FIXED. Well is turned up fixed,all fluids checked and had been given a good clean. Tim is now a happy bunny again. Martins Basingstoke Mike Brimson is the man on 01256 867223 Make your own decision where to go but rest assured I will not go back to Winchester again!
