Help me find a nice zed

It would be a pre-face-lift given my budget

As stock as possible wheels and body wise (don't like body-kits, aftermarket spoilers etc and the majority of aftermarket wheels) ,

Interior, engine and suspension mods all fine.

Not wanting one with huge miles either preferably under 60k.

hopefully with no expensive bits coming up so decent life left in tyres and breaks and ideally 6 months + left on MOT

Good service history Nissan, specialist or even owner and again hopefully not with a service due

Initially was wanting roadster but a coupe would be fine.

Colour wise prefer ginger, blue, red or black as first choice but wont rule out anything else if its right car. Have had a ginger so would ideally want a change but could easily be tempted I think

Happy to travel for right car but would probably ask another forum member to have a quick look first

Don't think much of the advert but when you click through to the website - they're a motorsport company and seem to know what they're doing- would be worth a call to find out it's history. It has already been dropped by nearly £500 so they want it sold

As way of update I have pretty much narrowed down options to two cars, oh plus a left field S2000 that popped up on the radar. All being well should be driving home in New car very shortly. As usual loads of help and advice from people on here, think it has to be one of the best car forums/clubs out there :yahoo:

But which new car?!?!?! S2000 or Zed?

Leaning heavily towards the zed but will have a look at the S2000. The concern is I won't like the way the power is delivered with the S2000, I loved the way the TVR delivered power and the zed is very similar.

All being equal though suppose it will come down to what's best deal and what car feels right.

S2000 will need driving like every other Honda..........thrash until the V-Tec yo!

I hate cars like that but if your ok with revtastic no torque cars you will love it - it wasn't car of the year a million years running for no reason.

Hi,

I am a newbie on here saying hello

Please please, stick with the Zed, I sold my zed and bought an S2000, it doesn't compare and is just hard work and high revving.

Now looking for another Zed. Honda is a nice car but it is not a Zed.

You will regret it
