Patch Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Does the car throw up any fault codes with these on? What diameter are they? Quote
ric Posted September 2, 2012 Author Posted September 2, 2012 Hi mate. Mine didn't, but I had an uprev remap done at the time of fitting. I believe if you buy a set of sensor spacers ( ) then you won't get any fault codes. Diameter, I'm not sure if i'm honest. Just the standard size. I'll try and head out to measure them for you later. ric Posted November 23, 2012 Author Posted November 23, 2012 Sorry about that, should be clear now. Cheers! 1 Quote
ric Posted February 18, 2013 Author Posted February 18, 2013 Bump! Forgot these were still here, still clogging up the garage... Welcome to offers! Quote
ric Posted February 19, 2013 Author Posted February 19, 2013 Couldn't do 70 posted, sorry. I have to be honest, I don't know if they are the silenced ones I just know they are Horsham development ones. They created a gorgeous sound though! Cheers Quote
SteveM Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 they look like the silenced ones to me... below is lifted from the Horsham website. The H-Dev silenced de-cat pipes give increased performance - on our test car we found a gain of +10bhp and +8ft.lbs torque. They are silenced but are still make the car slightly louder than the standard cat pipes. Because these pipes do not have a catalyst core they will not pass an MOT. Also the check engine light will come on due to "low catalyst efficiency". The check engine light issue can be resolved with an ECU remap These pipes will fit the 2003-2007 cars with the 276 or 297bhp engines, single air box. They will not fit the 2007+ 313bhp twin air box engines or the 370Z engines. Quote
wizard Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 The same ones, brand new went for £70: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/67561-silenced-decats/ Would be interested in buying these, so PM me if you want to do a deal. Quote
ric Posted February 19, 2013 Author Posted February 19, 2013 Cheers SteveM, it looks like they are the silenced ones, thanks. Whilst another person has these posted for £70+delivery I think they're worth a little more than this (hence why they sold so quickly) If someone is nearby and can collect or wants to sort out the collection of these etc I'm sure we can come up with a deal. Cheers Quote

Cheers I'm afraid they're only worth what someone is willing to pay and with the length of time these have been up for sale, I would say they aren't worth £100+ shipping Quote

I know they're only worth what someone is willing to pay, however I believe they are worth a little more than £70 hence why the others sold so fast. I never said I'm not going to sell for less than £100, hence why I'm open to offers? Quote

Ok, my point is they cost £130 brand new and shiny, so I believe most people would rather pay the extra £30 for new ones. I didn't mean anything rude by it... Quote
