Have you guys found a way to tune the VDC? If so, can you provide more details?

They are both plug and play but you need to know what you are doing to fit it.

AME are the main guys to install the Racelogic which costs from £600 and £1000+ depending on options selected. I has launch control and other functionality

The Black box is popular in the US and costs $600-700 but only has traction control only.

I really fancy the blackbox controller more due to price and simplicity but I will have to see after my SC is installed if i have traction issues.

Hi Ray, Google whiteline blackbox mate, you plug in and tune your self how you want the car to be! Nice bit of kit! Also google racelogic as they do a good TC set up but thats more for dragging than track day stuff.

I was just wondering because I read Abbey could do something with the TC a while back. Thought any info could benefit the members here too...

Just read this post again and me and GT4 zed posted the same time but I got OWNED by his FAR better way of explaining this!! Vids and all!ahahaha... Guess that just shows im a little lazy! lol

I know Mark has talked to UpRev about the tc issue. As standard it cuts spark and closes the throttle and is, in my opinion, total over kill which is why mine is off all the time. As far as I'm aware at the moment UpRev aren't addressing this issue. I'm sure Mark will chip in when he's back in work mode

The 370z is much better in this respect, doesnt "kick" in anywhere near as much, so Nissan obviously realised that it was a bit cack on the 350z. I didnt used to get it too much on mine, but you definately noticed it if you were at the track and forgot to turn it off. VDC is also very anoying on fun days on airfields
