Couple of options in this approach I'd consider; a well aimed hard boiled ostrich egg could take the miscreants out of the gene pool, I'm assuming they're male (they usually are). Or some black widow eggs in the hood of their Rockport hoodie, both methods require rather alot of planning and sadly, probably some time in jail. You then operate your wipers to try to remove the resulting crap but the mixture of egg and water smears white thus preventing you from seeing where you're going - an object of some hilarity to the eggers but with more dire consequences to the egged.
