I was wondering if anyone has put LED "side lights / running lights" in the bit where the vertical reflectors are on the front corner of the bumper? and how much of a job it would be to actually do it, I think it could look quite alright, a bit like the shitroen DS3 style

any pics of these installed on a Zed? preferably white LED lol it just seems to me that a "reflector" is a bit pointless, i mean its the first thing that comes off a bike when you buy one.. so why should they be on a sports car, just seem like they should be lights... but aren't

Ever seen them on a zed

I personally think they look @*!#.

I haven't, but I can't imagine they look much different in person. I don't like the way that you can see the individual LEDs. It looks cheap.

CCFL tubes or LED set ups on the facelift Zeds look awesome though! :teeth:

I'd like to convert my reflectors to DRL but dont like to see individual led's, I also find they look a bit naff (hate the xmas tree effect on audies and othe recent models.

Anyone used cold cathode fluorescent tubes before? Can you get 12v versions and do they strike up instantly unlike a normal fluorescent tube? models.
