Tarmac@TarmacSportz Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 Right you lucky lot.... Finallly got the nod that these are available for the 370z I think im right in saying that I am the only uk supplier to offer these at the moment I know a lot of you guys have been wanting to show off your engine bays without using a washing line prop so heres your chance As a special one off offer if we can get 10 people interested I can do these at £90 inc vat + p&p, that might be a tall order as im not sure if we have 10 370z owners , if we can't make the numbers I will re-evaluate so lets just see what interest gathers firstly. Other engine bay parts available including engine covers and intakes pm for more info Quote
Chris`I Posted March 16, 2011 Posted March 16, 2011 Oi you cheeky feck - we have about 25 black editions alone Do these require any cutting of plastic? From the ones I saw Stateside the fit wasnt anywhere near as neat as the 350z. Could be interested though Quote
The G Man Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I was one of them rare 370 owners that asked about these List 01. Chris 'I (interested, dependent on fit?) 02. The G Man 03. 04. 05. 06. 07. 08. 09. 10. Quote
Tarmac@TarmacSportz Posted March 17, 2011 Author Posted March 17, 2011 Right, Just got an answer back saying these are direct bolt ons, no modification required Quote
Kev T Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 These look exactly the same as the ones i fitted ( imported from usa ) and you will have to modify the covers on both sides of to get the srtuts to sit without distorting the bonnet. Quote
Tarmac@TarmacSportz Posted March 17, 2011 Author Posted March 17, 2011 mmm I can only go on what I was told and I've been told there a direct bolt on with no adjustment required. I tell ya what I'll do, I will ask for a sample one off then we will take it from there. Will need a guinea pig though Quote
The G Man Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 You've got two on the list mate I'm sure either me or Chris will guinea pig for you Quote
Kev T Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 The other thing to consider ( i forgot to mention on my last post ) the USA 370's don't have the pedestrian safety catapult mechanism that we do in the uk, so the mounting points to bonnet are also incorrect when compared to american cars, i had to do considerable work to get mine to fit !
