Heated seats

Question is this...........

 

Are the heated seats thermostatically regulated? My drivers seat seems to get warm, the after about 10 mins, switch still on, the seat seems too cool down

 

Is this normal or has my bottom become accustomed the the seats heat?

I usually turn mine off after about 5 minutes anyway as it tends to feel like I have wet myself

Pretty certain they are, mine used to do it aswell

It has a built in thermostat so it will get to what ever setting you have and keep it at the temperature, it tells you in your manuel

are they not governed by the main temp control switch ie the hotter you set it for the cabin the hotter the seat gets....well thats what i seem to fined.
